  1. I wasn't fan in 1985 but I can remember something clearly: She was everywhere all the time. Radio, tv, cinema, magazines, newspapers... I even saw the videoclips "Material Girl" and "Dress you Up" at the cinema (why these videoclips aren't available on 4k if they were screened at the cinema? Many collectors must have the 35mm). "Like a Virgin" is not my favorite album but I love it because It brings me back so many good memories... Edit: I find more info about the videoclips in 35mm:
  2. Madonna has given me the main soundtrack of my life.
  3. It's very hard because since 1986 until 1993 is my favorite period. I'll try: 1. Express Yourself (Best) 2. Open Your Heart 3. Live To Tell 4. La Isla Bonita 5. Who's That Girl 6. Like A Prayer 7. Oh, Father 8. Cherish 9. Burning Up 10. Spotlight 11. Dear Jessie 12. Material Girl 13. Gambler 14. Into The Groove 15. Papa Don't Preach 16. Holyday 17. True Blue 18. The Look of Love 19 Borderline 20. Like A Virgin 21. Dress You Up 22. Causing A Commotion. 23. Lucky Star 24. Crazy For You 25. Everybody 26. Angel (Worst) Of course, I love all these singles
  4. In 1994 my best friend hated Madonna without any logical reason. I knew she loved ballads, so: Live To Tell La Isla Bonita Take A Bow Oh Father I'll Remember In 1995 my best friend became a casual fan.
  5. Why not? I'm fan thanks to the remixes and video-clips: Open your heart video and remix, Like a Prayer single Remix, Express Yourself video and remix, Where's the Party remix, Fever video and remix, Bedtime Story Video and Remix.... These remixes and videos made me a hardcore fan, not the album versions without videos.
  6. Fever (Edit Two) is my favourite. It's the "Edit One" but 25 seconds longer: [Hidden Content] But I don't know why I love the album instrumental: [Hidden Content]
  7. In my opinion, Live To Tell was the first single. I wasn't fan in 1986 but I remember how LTT impacted in my life (you know, first love, first heartbreak). Maybe "Live To Tell" is my favorite Madonna song, but many videos and singles (Express Yourself, Vogue, Fever, Deeper and Deeper, Ray of Light, ...) buried the beauty of "Live To Tell" in my mind because I love dance songs.
  8. Only her first singles (1982-1989) and the album "Like a Prayer" need a remaster. Why do you want a remaster of "Music" or "American Life"? Even "Erotica" or "I'm Breathless" have an incredible sound. And "The first album", "Like a Virgin" and "True Blue" were remastered. A complete remaster with all the Warner albums will be a waste of time and money. They don't need a remaster.
  9. Oh, my god.... Obviously I was talking about versions available only on vinyl and never available on CD, like Dress You Up (Remix Edit), Fever (Edit Two), Open Your Heart (Remix Edit), I'll Remember (Orbit Remix) and many more.... I've edited my original post to be more specific.
  10. Every single at top 10? I really don't know. And many singles worked well in one country and they were a flop in others...
  11. I'm doing a compilation with every single, using only the versions played on the radio: until the singles from Music (2001), 67 tracks on 4 CD of 80 minutes...
  12. No. I prefer a greatest hits album, with older tracks available on vinyl but never available on CD...
  13. I only want for a greatest hits compilation, the "remix/edits" and the "7'' versions" only available on vinyl from 1982 to 1990 (Dress You Up, Open Your Heart, etc, etc). After 1990 her catalog is available on CD so you can create any Greatest Hits without any problem. And I want her classic videos in real 1080p. Maybe is expensive to scan the original 35mm, but Madonna is part of the popular culture and her videos must be saved in the best quality.
  14. Express Yourself by request two years ago, but I only listen radio stations with news, debates, science, etc and no music. To discover new music, I prefer TV and videoclips. In Spain the radio stations only play music in spanish, and I hate them.
  15. When I was young: Live to Tell, Express Yourself and Oh Father; Years later: You'll See and Sorry; when I met my ex-boyfriend.
  16. Only playlist? Strange, I've found a torrent to download it in lossless format (FLAC). Includes "Spanish Eyes" glitch at the beginning.
  17. 15 are too much, but: "Bitch I'm Madonna" & "Human Nature" are in the top (I hate them, I hate them, I hate them) "B-Day Song" "Best Friend" "Superstar" I don't include more songs from the official "Rebel Heart" album because I played it only once. I prefer the demo versions.
  18. I don't understand this. It's available on qobuz, but you can't buy it. https://www.qobuz.com/gb-en/album/like-a-prayer-30th-anniversary-madonna/kyj2l64pvc4ca https://www.qobuz.com/es-es/album/like-a-prayer-30th-anniversary-madonna/kyj2l64pvc4ca
  19. With its singles (edits & remixes), videos, and including Vogue as "Keep It Together" B-Side: yes Without its singles (only album versions): no Using other words: "Like A Prayer" was her best era, but "Like A Prayer" is not her best album.
  20. Unmixed. I never liked "mixed" albums (from Madonna or any other artist).
  21. Everyone hate this album. I simply love it. Fun, danceable, many references to older songs. I always call this album "Madonna DNA" . The big problem with this album? The singles. Love Spent, Gang Bang, Beautiful Killer, I'm Addicted were single material but... [The good ones] Love Spent Gang Bang Girl Gone Wild I'm Addicted Beautiful Killer Falling Free I'm a Sinner Give Me All Your Luvin' Masterpiece Turn Up The Radio I Don't Give a... I Fucked Up Some Girls [I never play these tracks] Superstar B-Day Song Best Friend
  22. I didn't rank "Music" and "American Life" because I was in a very bad time of my life when they were released, so sadly I never could enjoy them much. Too many bad memories surface when I play them. Confessions was like the light at the end of the tunnel (yes, Madonna's music is the soundtrack of my life). I always play the Unmixed version from vinyl, singles, or digital downloads. I never play the Mixed Version (CD). 1. How High [Fave] 2. Hung Up 3. Jump (Extended) 4. Future Lovers 5. Forbidden Love 6. Sorry (Short Radio Edit) 7. Let It Will Be 8. I Love New York 9. Superpop 10. Like it Or Not 11. Isaac 12. Push 13. Get Together [Lest Fave]
  23. Open Your Heart (French Version)
  24. Bedtime Stories almost destroyed my passion for Madonna's music, but Ray of Light proved me that Madonna was still the best and I embraced her music again. In my opinion, Ray of Light was the second coming of Madonna. It is hard to choose the best songs, but as always in my case, the singles and remixes affect the final order... 1º) Ray of Light (Full Version) (Fave) 2º) Drowned World/Substitute for Love 3º) Frozen 4º) Nothing Really Matters (Club 69 Mix Show Mix) 5º) Sky Fits Heaven (Sasha Remix Edit) 6º) Swin 7º) The Power of Good-Bye 8º) Mer Girl 9º) Has To Be 10º) Shanti/Ashtangi 11º) Candy Perfume Girl 12º) Little Star 13º) To Have and Not to Hold 14º) Skin (Lest Fave)
  25. Sadly, my least favourite album. I hardly remember some non-singles tracks. 1. Bedtime Story [Best] 2. Sanctuary 3. Secret 4. Let down Your Guard 5. Love Tried to Welcome Me 6. Don't Stop 7. Take A Bow 8. I'd Rather Be Your Lover 9. Forbidden Love 10. Survival 11. Inside of Me. 12. Human Nature [worst]
