But... "underrated"? It was a worlwide massive hit 

- I never cared for Rain, Cherish, or Erotica (the song).
- The Sticky & Sweet Tour should never have existed. It was awful.
- Bedtime Stories is good, but one of her most overrated albums.
- Cheesy or not, I love her look from COAD!
- She's gotten really desperate in these past years to be "relevant" and "young" again.
- She's a greedy fuck.
- The Girlie Show is hugely underrated!
- I really like I Know It.

Let me add: I love Madonna’s use of auto tune. I don’t think auto tune is bad in any way, it’s just that she didn’t use it right on some Madame X tracks.

I assume, mainly because of Love Spent? So many people love that song. I just don’t get it.

There's no doubt that the quality of her writing, the production and vocals during the last decade fell off a cliff. Luckily she has enough star power, talent in other areas and creativity to keep fans round. Compare to the 80's 00's and 90's the teens have been an utter shit show a handfull of songs aside. 

Yeah, if only we ignore the existence of the critically acclaimed, commercially successful Music and Confessions on a Dancefloor 
 

Music was the album where, from an artistic point of view, things were slowly going downhill.
Maybe I had just expected something much, much better after the outstanding Ray Of Light. So she just copied Cher and became a vocoder-robot. The few Orbit songs sounded more like remnants of unused Ray Of Light material. But that´s just me opinion ...Paradise (Not For Me) and Gone are beautiful and the highlights of an otherwise very average album. Maybe I just expected an outstanding masterpiece like my beloved Frozen and didn't get it on this album.
I never liked COAD ... maybe because the mass audience loved it soo much. I always hated Hung Up ... i love ABBA and their music and let´s be honest Hung Up was just such a big hit because of the ABBA sample. Otherwise it would never have been a worldwide No. 1 (with the exeption of the US where it peaked at 7). I know it is the most successful single of her (as sad as this fact is) and everyone loves the track ... but Hung Up has none of the magic and fascination that makes Madonna so unique. If i had to make a list of the best singles of her career then the song wouldn't even be in my top 50 (4 Minutes as well!)
Most of the tracks on COAD are boring (I love NY, Push) or too suitable for the masses (Jump). I really like Like It Or Not, Forbidden Love and Fighting Spirit...so it´s not a complete failure!

Rebel Heart and Madame X are by far her two best and most creative albums released after Ray Of Light!
I don´t agree at all with the opinion of others who say that the past decade had no good songs.
Beautiful ones and above all songs that appeal to an ADULT audience.
I'm so happy that she finally found her way back to her great ballads ... Messiah is a masterpiece and one of my absolute favorite songs.

Don't Stop - So weak, I've no idea why people like it or think it should've been a single.
Girl Gone Wild - awful, I hate the cheap video too. 
Ghosttown - I like the song just find the production painfully generic
Inside Out - just don't get the love
Wash All Over Me - Cliche after cliche intending to sound profound
Vedi Vidi Vici - can't deal with her pitchy chorus and NAS' lame rap.
Other than that I think other songs I dislike are disliked by most GAYL, B-day Song, Jimmy Jimmy etc

Not for me. It's not even in my top 100.

I don't know the rest of the world, but in Italy I'll Remember is still played at the radio stations, same with Causing A Commotion, Jump, Give It 2 Me and You'll See; therefore I wouldn't call them "underrated"... in fact, it seems to me that they are appreciated by casual listeners, as proven by Spotify streaming numbers and Youtube visualizations.
Underrated singles? Well, a lot; Angel, Gambler, Rain, Deeper And Deeper, Bad Girl, The Look Of Love, Oh Father, Bedtime Story, Nothing Really Matters, Drowned World, What It Feels Like For A Girl (unpopular opinion: the video remix is forgettably generic and it didn't help the track), Impressive Instant (yeah, I know it was only promotional), I Want You, Get Together (it deserved a better video) could and should have been more successful.  
As far as Human Nature, Keep It Together, Hollywood, Love Profusion, Die Another Day, American Life, One More Chance, Nothing Fails, Miles Away, Fever, Love Don't Live Here Anymore and Rescue Me are concerned, sorry, to me are just ok songs, nothing else. And Masterpiece is a bland, overrated ballad.

Anyway, It really baffles me that with all the garbage released during the '10, some fans put Take a Bow, Nobody's Perfect, WIFLFAG, Survival, Erotica, The Look of Love and so on on a worst songs list... I mean, I understand that we are talking about personal tastes and musical preferences, but sometimes I think it's more a matter of antipathy as well as superficiality.
For instance, I'm not very fond of beloved songs such as Ray Of Light and Human Nature, and I've always found Little Star, To Have And Not To Hold and Time Stood Still incredibly generic and/or boring, but I wouldn't call them "bad", "horrible" or "Madonna worst songs". But to each his own.

Everything on I'm Breathless (most overrated album ever) with the exception of Vogue and Sooner or Later.
Everything on MDNA with the exception of Gang Bang and I'm Addicted.
Everything on Rebel Heart with the exception of Ghostown, Messiah and HeartBreakCity (they aren't all that great, but they aren't bad either).
Then Medellin, Future, Come Alive, Bitch I'm Loca, Champagne Rosè, Funana and Back That Up.
