Yes, but that´s also when Kaballahdonna disseapeared and she started to be that middle age frightened and insecure woman who felt threated with any pop tart that would have a bit of success that year, lowering herself to that, telling the world she is not in the same league as the big ones as Sinatra, Streisand, Elvis, Michael, Prince ...very wrong in my opinion. I also don´t think that Lady gaga song resembles so much to Express Yourself, to tell you the truth. But I agree she looked good.

I don´t think she has vocal decline, to tell you the truth. In fact, look at how young her voice sounds, it´s not the voice of a 60 years old woman, but the one from a young girl: clear, no slow vibrato, in tune. My opinion: when I started following her, about 1999, she still was training her voice for the records and tours, you can see her doing vocal exercises on the 2004 dvd. And you can hear that her live vocals on American Life promo tour or on 2001 or 2004 tours are quite good on her level, if she was not dancing. Then, I don´t know. To me she has been sounding good yet on live aid 2007, rebel heart era and so on. Whatever she might have lost, due to not training, can be mostly recovered working on it: vibrato, lunge power, even gaining range, and I say that cause don´t I think she is doing much vocal training since the madame x tour maybe? And a pro singer, as I think she was, must train through all her life. Anyway, I might be wrong about her not taking care of her voice, cause she might do things that are not print on her instragram account. Here she did good, without a microphone, recorded live and raw with a mobil phone. The reasons she did sounded awful on Eurovision and a few things more are more complex than losing the voice. I think she underehearsed the whole thing maybe taken more care about the visuals or the band than her voice, or did not hear herself properly and so she went out of tune, or the autotune was not well adjusted, or simply did not give a damn (Harlem) I don´t know... But I´m sure if Madonna wants can please anybody singing like a clear bird on a small room any day. It´s just that the big places with big acoustic sometimes kill her vocally. I say that cause I love her voice, and I think she should know better one of her appeals is her unique and very beautiful voice, that she is a musician first who has a her main instrument her voice and that some of us actually prefer her voice much more than Mariah´s, lady gagas or Celine´s..She does not know that.

Wow, ok, so: Nothing very impresive vocally, but, wow, she did sounded on key and clear and lovely, and the full thing is gorgeus, both singing in a low key settling, with nothing out of place. Kudos for them, I aprecciate Madonna can still sing beautifully and has still a very clear voice at 63. If only she would recover the passion of singing and doing music with that very pretty, even if small voice. And she looked quite well, so for me it´s a winner. Here I am open again for more stuff like that. I think with small instrumentation or even a capella she always sings very nicely, it´s with the big band or big things, big places, it´s like she does not hear herself or I don´t know but she is somethings out of key. A shame cause she has a small but very beautiful voice and actually quite a good taste singing. When I hear the epitomise of great singng is Mariah Carey I cringe, oh my god. About her last decade performing live, I agree the rebel heart era performances, vocally were very right. I agree just Eurovision was really bad. But the whole idea was very wrong for an event like that. And it was the most seen one, what a shame. On the other hand, she was telling us what we were going to live next, so here you have: Madonna the visionary!

Yes she looked amazing, and despite their fame, I liked those era, the albums could have been maybe more succesful, but for me they had great songs and the tours amazing, and she looked amazing. I just don´t like that much her face on hard candy and that tour, despite its success. But yes, even if you see Madame X promo, there she looked quite good and was Madonna still. It´s since the covid era, her face and her behaviour it´s very strange.

Yes, at the time I was hoping so for more work with Orbit a la the power of goodybe or frozen...Music has nothing to do with that, but it´s great on its own. At the first I did not understand at all she was changing the producer, but after hearing the album you know she was absolutely right: the orbit tracks are ok but nothing very special or new or groundbreaking at that point, whereas you had never listened something like don´t tell me on your whole life. Runaway lover, wit the time I like it more, cause she sounds angelic, but really it is very plain and goes nowhere..I think for William Orbit to shine, it has to be with Patrick Leonard songwriting or something like that. Interestingly, with Mirwais she has worked much more on different albums.

The first two, erotica and Madame x, I love all the rest.

I remember those times cause that´s when I became a fan, and yes American Pie was huge, her vocals here efortless and amazing, she was on the top on popularity and was distant and magical diva that had people wondering what she would do next, and she looked amazing on the clip. She was going to have Rocco and release Music and it was so so so exciting. I miss those days.

I love her but I agree she is not like Jesuschrist fighting for world´s freedom. I mean, she´s not Joan Baez, and her goal was always to be the number 1 above it all. And till Rebel Heart, I think, more or less, she achieved it. Lately she can´t as she does not want to be seen as a legate artist but at the same time she is not able to connect with younger generation anymore, that´s why she is a bit lost in my opinion.

That era, along with Madame x is my least favourite: I don´t like the cold sound and the robotic voice, and the songs with too much talking: I just don´t like the music and the albums are tooo long. I agree she tried to be succesful going further, it did not worked out as she had imagined and then she was in a way ashamed. The truth is she loves being on the top and popular.

If she is able to put on a great show it would be a great idea, but she would need to work hard again on her physical shape, her vocal shape, new setlist, new ideas..I think by Rebel Heart tour, even before, she was running out of new ideas: la isla bonita, vogue, like a prayer, religion, a folky part in the middle, again and again...But do question is: Does she still has the passion or the drive to work hard in order to give her best again? I hope so. If she wants it, I think she can.

The other day I saw in facebook that the famous Pijama party with her tits going out in a crazy way was in march 1995, and then I realised practically in week she was training her voice and in just a few months she had changed her image completely with her soft Something to remember promotion persona, much classier and sweet, and featuring amazing vocals of a belter in You´ll see, and I thought OMG, what a change in such a short period of time. I mean, fans were for sure amazed!! I was not part of her public at that time, so I could not imagine how it was! Can someone explain how it felt at that time? I started with ROL in 1999.
