Where's The Party question/Simon & Garfunkel

Can't help but notice that "slow down you move too fast, gotta make the good times last" is almost a verbatim line from Simon & Garfunkel's The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy) except they say "make the morning last".

Has this ever been discussed? Only asking as I go across the 59th Street Bridge/Queensboro daily and it often makes me think of S&G, was just listening to Where's The Party.

M is obviously a S&G fan as she covered "The Sound of Silence" in MX Tour and said Oh Father was a "tribute to Simon & Garfunkel" in 2014.
