Now the big question is : When will she posts about it and starts promoting it on her social medias ???!  Fans who are not active on forums have no clue she has a new track out...

Don’t worry! I bet The Weeknd has more fans who stream songs than she does!

I like both the album and Soul Power mix. I presume probably they played the Album remix for the shooting, cause in minute 3:50 you can clearly see how she pronounce the "Don't" that is present in the album remix but not in the soulpower mix. Here is the version with the album remix.

I think they just used a wrong/bad edit of The SoulPower Remix for the video. If you play the CD version of SoulPower remix, it matches her lipsyncing as the Album remix does.

  3. Hard Candy used to be my least favorite Madonna album. It sounds so NOT Madonna to me, perhaps because it was the first time since Like A Virgin that Madonna had stepped back and simply let other artists produce her songs.

But in recent years it’s started to grow on me. It’s a great companion record for aerobics, which makes me wonder if this album was made and designed for her fitness franchise, a project that she launched later.

I really don´t like Madame x because of her way of singing, very robotic and like without any vibrato, like singing in the car, and the autotune. And the lack of strong melodies in my opinion, cause I love the Madonna that does strong melodies with Patrick Leonard.

I have the same feeling about her vocals on Madame X. Some of them sound too nasal to me. Maybe it’s creatively intentional sound effects? I really dunno. 🤷🏻‍♂️

However, the vocals at the very beginning of God Control are very interestingly done with the sound effect. They sound like muffled, echoing the album cover where her lips are sewn.

I have to wonder though how can we really know what the general public think? Have we polled them all? I feel a lot of comments from negative haters often get classed as the general consensus when it’s just the portion of the public that shit on everything/everyone. There have actually  been news reports defending her with members of the public and the media  calling out the sexism/ageism also.

I tend to believe a lot more people appreciate Madonna than the Internet makes it seem. And now that the tour has sold well I feel this even more.

Most people I know recognize her as a hardworking performer (her skills of dancing in particular, not singing ).

However, lots of people find her arrogant attitude offensive and irritatingly narcissistic.

Cher went through this period for a while too where every single story was front loaded with the plastic surgery storyline. People seemed to stop giving a shit after a while though. I wish she would do a podcast.

The difference is Cher chose to acknowledge her plastic surgery and openly talk about it contrary to Madonna’s vague attitude towards such topics. That said, Madonna has her every right to refuse to comment on her personal (not looking good) choices.

It was too long ago. I can't recall.  I think there was a payment method much like how you would pay for their merchandise.  Some third party company??

Yes, the payment for the membership renewal is by credit card, like the rest of ICON merchandise.

My disappointment for their lousy service over the years had led me to give up the chance of upgrading to legacy membership at the time. Do I regret it? Not at all to be honest. I love my Broken 12” vinyl, though.
