It makes sense. I'd say pettibone had other edits of it or regurgitated it out of previous ones...I mean look at all the the nonstop...stop n go...spessin himself re re re re mixes there re lol ... I think I go into a trance every time I listen to them...but I am bonkers for anything from that era

The TIC remix/edit of Express Yourself is clearly modeled after the BAT arrangement as the chorus is repeated one extra time around the middle of the song.
