Madonna didn't really tweak much on her end... But the choreography and dancer selections changed quite a bit, mostly during the Batuka intro and Rescue Me interlude (which was 100% pre-recorded). The biggest factor that wasn't 100% thought through was that the projectors couldn't all be stationed at the same spots from theater to theater. Same thing with seating layouts. 
From my understanding she very much wanted to utilize the holograph concept from the Grammys, but the only option to make it work live was to have her behind a screen the entire time, or during performances that utilized it. Theaters don't have hanging screens for viewing, and they didn't want  the audience to not focus on the stage. 
There was definitely some additional mixing and productions added down the road. From what I know the doc will actually show a good amount of pre-production footage.

Why hasn't anyone suggested maybe it's a new song (and maybe video too) called "Boom" with remixes by Kaytranada, Honey Dijon, Misshapes, Eli Escobar.  Feels like that's what the teases are pointing towards -- to me, at least.  

Everyone needs to calm down about her performing. It’s not happening. 
After MXT and the surgery she’s needs weeks of rehearsals to pull off a high energy Pride set.

I don’t get where you think her voice has been modified. Madonna sings in very different tunes and techniques in every song. There’s little to no polish on her vocals.

I can confirm that Madonna has been in the studio recording...but I was told it was narration for another project, not music. Also, WW2 was originally scheduled to release in June, and delayed twice. 

These "travel packages" are ridiculous. They should have just had the option to add that as a bundle, not automatically included.

According to this interview with Lisa Hollingshead (Line Producer on Truth Or Dare), David Fincher (who was originally scheduled to direct the documentary) shot all the Tokyo shows on 35mm (though I guess she means Yokohama since there were no Blond Ambition shows in Tokyo). Eventually all 3 nights in Paris were shot on 35mm with 13 cameras by Keshishian and his team.

I'm sure there's more than enough footage to make a proper release from. It's a matter of who owns the rights and who can be bothered to digitise the footage and actually release it. 

Have we really reached a time where people think it is wrong to pay for music?
Do we really believe we are so self-entitled that everything should be handed to us for free?
 
Artists only make money off of shows now because no one has figured out a way to steal THAT yet.
 
If I'm making a living off of my paintings, and every time I finish one, does that mean someone can come into my studio and steal them, just because they feel they shouldn't have to pay for them?
