You haven't provided facts, either. Photographs used in the initial press releases, etc. does not disprove that Warner made a mistake. If anything the fact that later pressings used the "upside down" version supports this. Also, considering that the font colors were messed up from the beginning further supports misprinting of the release.
In any event, I don't think we will ever know for sure, but something definitely happened.

I BELIEVE that the right side up was actually a mistake. I heard that when the album was being pressed they thought her face was supposed to be right side up but they were corrected that Madonna's face was supposed to be upside down. The pressings which followed were upside down. I haven't seen any recent pressings, but I think it's odd that they would be printing them right side up since that's not what M intended.

I'm not stating anything as fact, I'm only stating what I have heard, what I have been told, and what I have personally seen. By the way, Fabien Baron directed the shoot, I don't know that he selected the album cover, I think Madonna would have done that personally and someone else entirely would have taken it for print sometime after.
The first pressings along with all of the other advertisements may very well be incorrect or it could be the exact opposite. However, this we do know: finding a copy of BS with the photo being right-side up is harder than finding one that is upside-down. They are far from rare, but a quick eBay search will give you about 10 (upside-down) to 1 (right-side up) - there are definitely fewer.
Also, the right-side up version just looks off. The photo was taken with M lying on her back, with the camera photographing her upside-down which, TO ME, makes the right-side up version look very strange.
Again, some links that I didn't have any hand in writing:
    https://www.1stopmadonnashop.com/bedtime-stories---upside-down-usa-cd-album-5636-p.asp
    http://madonnaunderground.com/madonna-live/album-promo/bedtime-stories-promo-tour/
At the end of the day, the popular consensus is that the right-side up (first pressing) is incorrect. I suppose we would only know the facts if someone asked Madonna. Until that happens I suppose we will just have to have different opinions because using released artwork which may or may not be correct is not presenting facts because there is already the question of whether or not it was wrong to begin with. Having said that, how do you explain the change in the printing of the album cover?

Please check the notes section of that link.
A quick Google search turns up a lot of discussion about this, for instance from Pop Justice:
"As with most things in her career, Warner fucked it up. When she submitted the artwork for the album, the image was purposefully upside down, that is what she wanted, it's an image of her hanging off the bed. Warner assumed it was a mistake and flipped the image the right way up, M had a bitchfit and got it changed. So technically, any copy with the image the right way up is a misprint."
    This isn't a p*ssing contest, but I don't think you're correct.

I think she will do a greatest hits tour, and if she does, I think it will be her last tour. I think we will probably see another album from her, but I'm not 100% sure she will tour it, because I don't see Madonna doing this at 70 like some artists because M does a very different show. I think M will go more into trying to direct more films, but who knows.
I would call it, "TAKE A BOW" and it would ONLY have hits. No obscure album tracks, just songs that charted well that people will remember.
In NO particular order because this is pretty much a release timeline
Holiday Lucky Star Borderline Like A Virgin Material Girl Crazy for You Dress You Up Live To Tell Papa Don't Preach Open Your Heart La Isla Bonita Like A Prayer Express Yourself Cherish Vogue Rain I'll Remember Secret Take A Bow Frozen Ray of Light Music Don't Tell Me Hung Up

I don't think so, not at all. Madonna doesn't put on boring shows. If the set-list was mixed up enough it would work well. We are talking about a greatest hits tour, and those are her greatest hits according to the charts. If M wasn't touring an album this is exactly the sort of show that the general public would expect and the kind of show that would sell.

I agree on all points. I also think that the new format has turned people off AND she’s not traveling enough. Sitting in one city for days and not visiting other markets is also hurting. For example, I would have to fly to see her and I usually just have a short drive. She’s making me not want to go.

MDNA relied too heavily on the MDNA album. While I think there was more energy to the MDNA tour I feel that RH had a much better set list and was more enjoyable if you actually wanted to hear Madonna sing.

Okay, so, aside from the show being a blur (most M concerts usually are)…. She was amazing! I don't recall ever seeing her in such top form. Her voice, her dancing... everything was amazing!
The highlight of the show is definitely Frozen followed closely by Like A Prayer. I was in the pit, 4th row, and it was EXTREMELY cramped. I was on the end, so it wasn't so bad, aside from the venue adding an additional seat for an usher to sit there... This was because I was on the side that Madonna walked down when she performed Medellin.
She did the same jokes as she did at BAM - I wish she would get some new material. She did quite a bit of talking, which is always welcome.
    Did I mention Frozen?
Human Nature was of course another huge highlight. Future was awesome with M at the piano, which she actually played quite well. Express Yourself was really cool acapella, and she sang quite a bit of it. She didn't sing but a few bars of Papa Don't Preach - but it was a powerful moment.
Being on the end, and being very vocal, M and I had a few moments where we connected - her eyes are mesmerizing.
Vogue was of course Vogue. I mean, nuff said.
Batuka was incredible live. I still don't care for Killers all that much. The covers are pointless and the crowd seemed bored with them.
So, the parts that sucked - it did take FOREVER to get out of the venue and if you have a larger phone they are tough to remove from the pouches. The merch was INSANELY overpriced. The "supreme" hoodies and jackets were 350 which I found to be insulting - I bought 3 tee-shirts and 2 programs and paid over 300.
As for M's knee - it was still taped, but the cool part is the she had it taped in the shape of a cross, so she was still rocking it.
All-in-all an A+ experience despite the few things that sucked, which had nothing to do with Madonna.

It’s the “what do you call a man with a small penis?” joke. I knew it was coming so I yelled “DONALD TRUMP!” Almost the entire theater roared with laughter and Madonna said,  “hmm, interesting” or something along those lines. I think I took her off guard because she did use that as the punchline at one of the BAM performances.
Yes, comedians do the same show over and over, and it had nothing to do with recordings, the people on the boards report these things. The joke has became stale. That’s all.
