After I Found Love: #1’s Remixed, and Rebel Heart (Demo Assembly), it’s time to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Madonna’s career with a series of remastered EPs ! :)

These EPs will be released chronologically and regularly (2 eras per week) to be enjoyed progressively. Yes, every single era got the same treatment. Let’s continue with the True Blue era. You’ll find the tracklists in the second post right below.

Please note that these remasters were done and compiled by myself back in late 2020 – early 2021. As such, any new mix (such as the Finally Enough Love ones) or upgrade leak wasn’t taken into account since then. I’m simply making these remasters widely available now. :)

Available in MP3 and Lossless. Enjoy! :)

    Thankyou always :)

This kind of take is actually precisely why what she is doing now IS political.

Society demands older women to be humble, meek, agreeable, sexless, solely maternal etc in order to be accepted and respected, so actually any woman rejecting that model and instead responding with irreverence, provocation and sexual empowerment is actively rebelling and fighting ageism. Madonna's public existance is a political statement.

Madonna herself broke the ageist glass ceiling for women over 40 in music (now we see Beyonce with sustained success in every field, Britney being more relevant than ever + getting a chart hit, P!nk dominating in touring) and then did it again throughout her 50s (now we see Jlo still relevant + headlining the Super Bowl, Mariah Carey eating every December etc)

She faced resistance at EVERY stage of this process whether it was being too sexual, too calculated, too smart, too old. People have always found a way to attack her personally because her message makes them uncomfortable. Now it's too immature and *checks notes* narcissistic. In reality you couldn't expand on that take without using the words "grills, ass, surgery, body, rappers, features, black, boyfriend" but I'd love to see you try.

You and everyone here can prefer certain Madonna eras, or a certain kind of persona from her. But invalidating her message and her as a person, because she doesn't appeal to YOU, is just entitlement.

So far 2022 sucks for my 3 idols - no Prince reissue box set , a lazy MJ thriller cd with still no remastered thriller video and M shits on us with T-shirts , cringe videos and remixes and sweet FA for her 40th anniversary

At least Thriller is getting a MoFi special edition, I know you're not a fan of vinyl but that's a real treat for those of us who are. Don't forget M surprised us all with her minimum input NFT project "Flowers up my fanjita" earlier in the year

I think the difference between Madonna and Pet Shop Boys / Kylie etc is that West End Girl and I Should Be So Lucky their debuts propa are absolute classics so campaigns would really benefit from hinging the celebrations around them. They’d shift units of the album. It makes much more sense for Madonna’s team to make a song and dance around Holiday or the release of the Debut album as her real fortieth anniversary. Outside the hardcore fanbase Everybody is unknown in truth and is likely to warrant a who cares moment. I get that it’s disappointing but they have marked it for the fans. The real fanfare will come around the debut album. It doesn’t make marketing sense to spunk the potential goodwill around an obscure song in truth.

I had a few friends over last night and whilst we were chatting I put the Madonna album on in the background. It was so weird when Everybody came on, they were all asking why is there a song sung by a black woman on the end of Madonna's album. Crazy times.

That's if they will release a reissue lol... still not believing we're NOT getting anything for EROTICA 30!!! It's a DAMN 30!!!!!! 😮

Marijuanadonna still thinks its 2020, maybe it'll come out in two years. Erotica 30 is just a fan myth tbf, I think we'll just get it as part of the 40th anniversary collection when that finally happens

Even more sad thing is that MADONNA AND WARNER MUSIC GROUP ANNOUNCEd MILESTONE, CAREER-SPANNING PARTNERSHIP last year in August... It is October 2022 and we still got absolutely nothing regarding album reissues, and I am not talking about any release, but not even a single info in the past 14 months! #soon

I have been supporting Madonna for years, but this is truly a total mess. She should get her sh*t together and either fire her management team or kick ass of Warner executives... They are tremendously wasting all opportunities.

40 years in business and still running... What other female singer did that? But all we got was messy youtube video mentioning year 2020 (lol) and 2track digital single that almost no one noticed and care about

Half the members on this forum would've done a far better job of celebrating and promoting the anniversary. Knowing M she's probably fallen out with Warner again lol

20000 copies will be available, more than any previous Madonna RSD related releases.

I'm very sure there will be plenty of stock flooding the market after Black Friday.

True, most of the previous Madonna rsd releases can still be bought off ebay sealed and just for a few quid more than retail price. 20,000 seems a bit ridiculous doesn't it, looks like they're really playing to the scalper market now
