Absolutely. Anyone has his own special journey as a fan. I don't attend her show for a few years but i spend hours weekly here discussing her career and persona, i mean almost 7000 posts in a few years. Her person facsinates me, sometimes even more than her music.

One of the best? She is the eternal queen of live concert tours.

And to this day, there's a reason why she's one of the best touring female artists of all time.

Just have to say how stunning she looked up close. Beautiful. At times 
like a woman in her mid to late 30’s,  early 40’s.
She had incredible energy, she was in amazing shape looks so much leaner up close. Pics really do add on pounds. She was so toned. Very inspiring.

I was there yesterday, and I enjoyed it more this time than on the opening night. The show isn't perfect, but it's truly beautiful. It's designed for us fans, for those who know her history.
It's not her typical concert. And I'm glad she no longer does her old type of concert, because I don't think she would be up to it today for age-related reasons. 
 

This sounds made up, she doesn't sound like that in the show and she doesn't do the high note in "changed" and "wins".

They need a good fuck.  And notice the people doing the most criticizing hasn't seen a damn show live. Some have no intention and come in here to moan and complain about every freakin' detail that no one else really cares about.

The staging of NRM is exceptional. The backdrop, the lighting and that ring of light above her is breathtaking. While her performance is minimal and it is just her on stage there is something truly epic about it production wise. And she is presented like some kind of ethereal goddess. But as you say, without tacky gimmicks. It’s one of her best concert openers ever.

Joni Mitchell is an extraordinary musician. She is 80 years old. She recovered from a near fatal brain aneurysm at 74 and has taught herself how to speak, move and play guitar again. She is an extraordinary talent who has written some of the greatest music of the 20th century. Whether it’s ignorance that people don’t know who the photo is of or they just think it’s funny to implicitly mock her knowingly, she deserves better.
