She's gone down quite a bit since her 22M monthly listeners peak in August. Currently:
20.366.941 monthly listeners and #184 overall.
A pity but not terrible, she's holding on above 20M. Remember not so long ago, a year ago, she was around 12-13M monthly listeners.
Biggest tracks:

"Finally Enough Love":
Keeps growing. On the 50-track full album, al the songs except 4 are now above de 100.000 streams mark. "Into The Groove" and "Vogue" are now above 1M too. "Hung Up" will be next (994.712 streams at the moment).

Key thing is that she knew how to push that buttons - she wasn't cringy. Now she is.

This is the same woman who did The Confessions Tour. The same woman who did Nothing Really Maters video. Etc etc etc. I just can't believe this. I like the remix but this video is just one of the worst things she has ever done. Madonna, stop ruining your legacy. Thank you, love ya.

I am really embarassed. Praying for nobody in this world to watch this. 

Who is encouraging her and advising her to do this? My love for her is being challenged as of late. The only redeeming thing I can think she has done this year is the remix record and erotica vinyl. Ditch the tik tok stars, ditch the weird remixes, ditch the grills get a decent stylist on board and move on to what her fanbase generally wants. A large majority are not interested in her being a tik tok star. It's time to honour your legacy Madonna the proper way. Remixing fantastic classics and ruining them like this is not the way to go.

Hey, everyone! 
I know some of you miss Angle and Causing a Commotion in the FEL deluxe album so I decided to take matters into my own hands and do something to ease the hurt.
I've decided to remaster both the Dance Remix of Angel and the Silver Screen Single Mix of Causing a Commotion to match the remaster of Mike Dean, which is EQing and a shitton of compression. 
But of course, included is also my remaster of the two songs, marked with "R-2022 Remaster" with less compression.
The best part? It is upscaled to 24bit/88.2kHz. 
Now, it's all yours. Enjoy! :D

This does not ruin the compilation for me by any means however, it absolutely blows my mind that her entire team INCLUDING Mike Dean allow random glitches like this and laziness pass through to production / final release. It's takes 2 seconds to fix this in an audio editor. A one second trim of the audio would have resolved this. I guess because it is a compilation, no one takes a full listen to all of the tracks. How else could this happen other than out of laziness and rushing?
Is anyone able to confirm that some tracks are "fake" high resolution Lossless? Some were discussing how the Living For Love remix is from an MP3 source. How can we be certain? What are the signs that some of the tracks are "upscaled" Lossless files? The audiophile in me is very curious...

Ugh. The glitch at the start of Don’t Tell Me is so frustrating. I don’t understand how some of these mistakes make it into final release / production…

I mean Hard Candy has that terrible edit, when the original photoshoot with the newspapers-like background looked way cooler than the candy, then 4 Minutes single was low effort but actually nice, and then you had text for Miles Away, blurred screenshot for TUTR, pink overlay and crop for Living for Love, whatever the hell Ghosttown was, Instagram selfie with potato camera and MS Paint swirl background for BIM and then the MX singles beyond Medellin and these…

Such a shame how low quality her album artworks have become since Hard Candy. It’s like 12 year olds with an elaborate app with presets made it.

You just have a wonderful space and they do extreme shit...
First, one of these colored background picture would have made a better cover sleeve than beige/brown with title track sleeve. But there are millions amazing pictures of Madonnna. Even from same first album 1983 photoshoot. Why don't you use different one... Juste to give pleasure to the audience... Don't understand... And stop playing the Andy Warhol you're not...
 
 
But let's go back to most important = the audio
I re-disovered few remixes I forgot or didn't listened to a lot and I appreciated the bulk with other tracks. It's a real journey onto clubbing years.
 

Okay, finally heard it.
The sound at the beginning of "Don't Tell Me" is from the end of the HQ2 Remix of "Music", which is not the mix included on Finally Enough Love.
This proves that they took the audio from the video uploaded to her youtube channel since it's on there too:

EDITING NOTES:
I filtered out Saucy Santana, leaving only Madonna's vocals by doing a phase cancellation process using the explicit version and the clean version of the song. I then used the Dolby Atmos track ripped by @Madame X , specifically the front channel mix, to fill in the "I'm a material girl" parts in the chorus and the "materials and serials, bitch" ending since the front channel mix has them with Madonna's vocals only. For the rest, I used the following songs for the verses and chorus:
Dipped In Ice by Saweetie Do It On The Tip by Megan Thee Stallion and City Girls I used the acapella from those songs, ripped using an AI online stem separator and changed the speed so that they match the BPM of the instrumental. I also applied what @Jorick suggested and used acapella parts from Material Girl onto the remix to complete the track, using the Immaculate Collection Q-sound mix to extract the acapella since it sounds clearer than the album version. She still sounds drunk but she sounds clearer this time. 

I'll never understand why Warner didn't release "Time Stood Still" as a single. It could have been number 1 worldwide.

No, it does not exist. The last Madonna´s album released in vinyl in Latin market was Bedtime Stories. 
Trust me. I´m a vinyl collector from Brazil, and a Madonna fan since 1993.
