  1. I agree it's highly likely all the screen footage from every show has been recorded and kept locked up archived somewhere since Who's That Girl. For MDNA and Rebel Heart they clearly used alot of the screen footage in the edit from a ton of different shows - no wonder it took so long until we got the DVDs if they were working with screen footage from every show
  2. I can believe it - it seems that another organisation posted the tracks to her You Tube account 'Provided to YouTube by Rhino/Warner Records' I think record labels pay third parties to load tracks up just to generate some advertising clicks from the ads that go with them - think that's why there has been loads of random non official live recordings loaded onto her You Tube account too looks like they just throw them in. Have noticed this happening to other artists You Tube accounts too. Maybe is the same sort of thing uploading the maxi single to the streaming platforms. Can't complain though as the maxi single remixes were great. I doubt her current team have any control over what Warners do or let other people do with her records made while signed to Warners?
  3. Love the Bottom Heavy Dub, Love In the Nature Mix and Runway Club mix The quality of the remixes off the Bedtime Stories album were fantastic - such credible mixes that got played by top DJs and helped to keep her the right side of cool at the time. Wish we had the same quality of remixes on more recent singles
  4. Love the Danny Tenaglia remixes - wish he remixed more of her tracks
  5. I love the video though as was the first video in such a long time that not shot in a studio but had some outside scenes - maybe since Hung Up and Sorry had a couple of outside scenes and before then What If Feels like for a Girl was probably the one before those that had something outside a studio in it. Liked how it was shot with the summer light and liked the fans in the background running alongside the car. I do think the vocals are too pitched up and over processed and would have sounded a lot less shrill and better without having her voice altered so much - I guess they thought it would make her sound younger and more carefree. On this clip - it has Turn Up The Radio with the vocals pitch shifted back down at about 30 seconds the before and after.
  6. I don't think she will - I think she is only interested in touring new material and throws in a few token back catalogue tracks as a necessary thing to do to sell more tickets
  7. I love the production on most of the tracks - almost all of them have a calming hypnotic feel and quality to them
  8. Drowned World Frozen Power of GoodBye To Have & Not To Hold Like an Angel Passing Through My Room I Deserve It Paradise Not For Me Gone What It Feels Like For A Girl Nothing Fails Easy Ride Devil Would't Recognise You Between The Bars (cover) Love Spent (Acoustic) Falling Free Ghostown Extreme Occident Can't Help Falling in Love (Elvis cover) Hallelujah (cover) I think this would actually be preferable to a GHV3 compilation of her singles since 2010
  9. True - her management between 94 and 07 was fantastic - Evita, Ray of Light, Music, DWT, RIT and Confessions - the only blip was the American Life not selling as well but was well managed through with what she did next with the RIT and then Confessions. But her persona and image presented to the public through this period was great. Plus I think being signed to Warners and the support and promotion she got through them must have helped. I think changing record companies, manager and PR agent between Confessions and now must be partly to blame for some of the mis-steps. I know back then there was not the social media and the music industry has changed so much too
  10. Who managed Madonna between 1998 for Ray of Light era through to the Confessions Era? Caresse Henry and then Angela Becker?
  11. I like the idea of the song but thought the demo was better - love the verses but wish the chorus was stronger - also there is a really obvious overdub on the album version where she has changed the lyrics from the demo and sounds like two different recording sessions- was surprised that was not picked up and fixed but think some of these changes to the demos were rushed through and done for the sake of making them different to what got leaked?
  12. I just wish she would sign again with Warners who know how to and have the means to promote a record well
  13. Girl Gone Wild Jimmy Jimmy One More Chance Dear Jessie Spanish Lesson Bday Song The Funny Song SEX Holy Water Bitch Im Madonna Unapologetic Bitch Body Shop Devil Pray Graffiti Heart Spanish Eyes Quite alot from Rebel Heart in the list I think it had some her worst released material on it - should have cut it down to 10 track album to the best tracks and stuck with the demo versions
  14. I think the eyepatch confused people. I think her best album since Confessions - wish she was still with Warner Bros and had Liz Rosenberg for PR and the campaign handled better.
  15. The audio mix on GGW and how her vocals sound is so off-putting despite the performance being amazing - it sounds really tinny with no bass overall and really thin vocals and does nothing to help quite a weak song anyway - the brilliant staging and performance saves it but was a shame the sound on the opening song is soo poor, I think it gets better later in the concert maybe there was just a problem with the recording and was the best they could do. I enjoy this DVD and tour more than Rebel Heart - don't know what they were thinking with the sound for GGW
  16. I only saw the Madame X tour once and thought the same that the costumes were designed to make it less noticeable
  17. Very true - none of the remixes could save it
  18. It's impossible to overrate this album, era and tour - everything about it was perfect.
  19. Would be very happy for Confessions Part 2 - not gonna lie!
