Question about 1992 Promo Dates in the UK?

Does anyone know on which day this Show was recorded? i know she flew to the UK for just a 24 Hour visit in Oct 1992 to London but i would like to know the exact date! Can't find this Information anywhere?

 

and also on which day was the promo interview with D&D look in London - it was in Nov but when exactly? and was it even in London? it was St Regis Hotel but not sure where!

She flew in on 13th of October and it was recorded on 14th and itcwas the Hyde Park Hotel I was outside when she arrived
