Unlike the Medellín video where NOTHING on it was actually filmed in the Colombian city

I love her wigs! Many of her most breathtaking looks involved her creativity with wigs imo.
    And then there is this...

The normal thing to do would be this, you know... the album and all the Portugal process... but knowing her probably she will record it on the last night of Paris, or maybe she already recorded it in Miami.

    By far her worst album.
This was the one she put the least amount of effort into. The tour was visually pleasing, came close to CT but this was the beginning of "let's not do new renditions of songs anymore and just do lame-ass karaoke-sounding versions of songs instead." The setlist was a very big letdown.
Madonna was playing with the idea of including/incorporating Physical Attraction somewhere in the tour after Kevin Antunes requested it (it's his favourite song).
Fans on Facebook were asked to vote for classics they wanted to hear on tour (this was part of Guy O.'s stupid "non-traditional promo" plan). The songs with the most votes were:

    - Borderline (from "Madonna")
    - Like a Virgin (from "Like a Virgin")
    - Papa Don't Preach (from "True Blue")
    - Like a Prayer (from "Like a Prayer")

Three out of four of these wishes were granted and it's very likely Madonna was not too keen on being obliged to include them. She was not satisfied with the Like a Virgin rendition (it was a last-minute addition) and was planning to replace that with Falling Free. Papa Don't Preach was only a short prelude to Hung Up and the rendition was basically the album version. She did not include Borderline as she had already performed it on the previous tour and doesn't seem to like the song very much. Like a Prayer was also quite lazy.
Madonna lifted her skirt during her Born This Way segment in Express Yourself, looking downwards at her vagina. She was alluding to rumors about Gaga actually being a man or having a penis.
A song called "Kids", originally written and produced by the Benassi brothers for Kelis' album "Flesh Tone", was apparently recorded by Madonna for this album but was rejected.
Gang Bang was changed rather drastically from the original demo. It's actually more of an experiment/remix of the original track called "Bang Bang (Boom)".
That is such a lie, honestly. You may think that but Madonna actually spent way more time writing/recording songs for Rebel Heart. She really put her heart and soul into that album. That simply wasn't the case with MDNA and her co-producers agree. It's a fact that album was only done to have material she could go on tour with.

I don't know because I will not see the show... but for sure the excitement is not the same as with the previous tours, since the schedule was announced. Something seems off this time.

Right now I cannot think of any relevant interview for this decade, I find her to be a bit redundant lately. But maybe I missed THE interview. The billboard award speech was good though.

I loved this decade. It had my favorite tours in it and videos like Ghosttown and Medellin. She looked absolutely beautiful. She pushed herself theatrically, cinematically, artistically, and emotionally. Great thread. Here's to Madonna and the next decade!

The videos and tour needed to have a story line ! With the Medellin video we all thought there was gonna be a story line with the following videos. You know, Madame X escape from her past and get married, but just after her wedding she goes away (fear of her past ? Trying to escape some old demons ?)... she should have had a real story line concept in mind while making the album, then choose the order of the singles according to the story line and then bring the story on stage for the Madame X tour. She started to tell a story with the Medellin video and then it went nowhere. In the end Madame X is this and that but not a real concept. It's easy and lazy to say Madame X is an equestrian when she rides a horse on a video or Madame X is a dancer when she dances. So Madame X is a disco dancer in Sorry, Madame X is a cowgirl in Don't tell me, Madame X is a soldier in American life... wowww, what an elaborate concept !

I love all three but I have to give it to Rebel Heart. From the leaks, the various demos and versions to the final product, it was a ride of seeing how her songwriting process and evolution of the tracks happened. While Madame X is an amazing record, I find RH to be more accessible to me. I enjoy it a lot more with tracks like Messiah, Wash All Over Me, Ghosttown, Living For Love, Joan of Arc etc. With MDNA, I loved it when it was released however as the years have passed, you can't help but feel it's a half-baked record with potential had things not been rushed with other commitments. She did deliver with songs like Gang Bang, I'm Addicted but somehow it didn't reach the level she's normally set for herself which is normal for any artist. It's a fun, dance, divorce record with catchy tunes.

Rebel Heart. I don't like some songs like Bitch I'm Madonna, Graffitti Heart, Illuminatti and VVV. But there are GREAT songs on it like Rebel Heart, Joan of Arc, Heartbreak City, Devil Pray, Ghosttown, Hold Tight and many, many others!
