I loved The Fame/Monster era but it's been downhill since then sadly. Ever since she got caught out lying about M giving her her blessing for Born This Way it's been embarrassing. I can't stand the whole "I'm a victim, pity me" persona. She's a good singer but her songwriting has been mediocre for so long now.

She was “caught†about a blessing for BTW? I didn’t know this. I didn’t know that she even needed a blessing LOL. I think back then people only compared it to start shit. I LOVED the comparison... but only saw it mildly. I write music. I have for 25 years. And BTW isn’t a stolen melody whatsoever.
