After I Found Love: #1’s Remixed, and Rebel Heart (Demo Assembly), it’s time to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Madonna’s career with a series of remastered EPs !

These EPs will be released chronologically and regularly (2 eras per week) to be enjoyed progressively. Yes, every single era got the same treatment. Let’s continue with the Erotica era. You’ll find the tracklists in the second post right below.
While these remasters were initially done and compiled by myself back in late 2020 – early 2021, new mixes (such as the Finally Enough Love ones) and quality upgrades were taken into account since then and are also present here in remastered form.

Joining instagram. It took away a lot of the mystery that surrounds her

It's interesting how everyone felt the cheeks in 2008 were extreme (myself included) but watching clips of that era now, she looked stunning. 
It's also funny how everyone gave Cher, Joan Rivers and Pete Burns so much shit for their work done and now, damn near everyone looks like them. Same with Cher and Lori Davis Haircare after she won her Oscar. Nowadays everyone peddles some bullshit products and no one bats an eye.
 

We’re talking about pot here not hard drugs. Also pot is medicinal and is being used for a lot of afflictions. And she recently had a serious injury. 
Also everyone’s body reacts differently. And for many people smoking pot is helpful.
Personally I don’t like it. But if she does and it makes her happy I think it’s all that matters.

I mean, she's re-recorded scenes in a studio and has literally said on Instagram it's a movie so to exaggerate. This is going to end up utterly bonkers and I'm here for it.

"Interscope tried to change her music in favour of something which could catch younger generations"? Excuse me? I'm sorry to burst your bubble but the artistic direction for the last three albums were Madonna's decision 100%. I'm sorry you're disappointed with her recent output, you're entitled to your opinion, but that doesn't mean that Madonna wasn't in complete control. In fact, most fans actually complain about that! They would rather have a better management, a better record company and a group of publicists telling her what to do so that everyone could like Madonna again, you know, "straighten up" her career. The grills, the "Bitch I'm Madonna" attitude, MDNA, MDNA Skin, reggae and reggaeton-infused songs... ALL Madonna's decision. Remember that Interscope's involvement in her last 3 records has been MINIMAL — they only had a distribution contract with her. Live Nation, Madonna and her management were the decision-makers here.
I can't believe we can't still let go of the old repetitive debate of whether Madonna is trying to keep up with youngsters... do people really think that, still? She is who she is, she's evolved into this pink-haired, contrarian, stubborn, silly, "wise" eccentric woman she is today. Like it or not. She's spent the last decade being a mum, chasing fun (dancers and models! LOL) and her own version of art and controversy, you know, paired with her own "sense of humour". I don't see any of those characteristics suddenly leaving. But anything could happen. After all, sometimes I really can't believe this is the same person we had during the "American Life" and "Confessions" years... Conservative Brit Madonna of the manor vs... now. A full life for sure. And cheers to that! 

Hope it will not be only movie related.
I suspect she didn't appreciate the way Interscope tried to change her music in favor of something which could catch younger generations (I'm 21 and I hate most of the current music) and pushed her to be someone she isn't: her music is commercial but not banal. That could explain why, since Madame X project, she decided to come back to her old collaborators and Pat Leonard is on the list. Since it's quite certain her comeback to Warner, I pray she'll release a classic Madonna album, maybe with Orbit (it would be a dream), Leonard himself or Brian Eno, Rick Nowels and so on. I believe she still has an ace up in her sleeve.

All this talk about Kylie always being safe when there's KM94 (softer and darker), Impossible Princess (dark and indie), Body Language (rnb), Golden (country pop), etc. There's nothing "safe" about those albums at all. 

That may be true but Madonna is also the ultimate proof that you can make up for vocal shortcomings with charisma and stage presence, neither or which Dua Lipa is in possession sadly. I watched her performance on Graham Norton last week - she looked great, sounded great, the staging was fun, her dress was to die for and yet she looked dead behind the eyes for most of the song. I like her, like her songs but she has ZERO stage presence. 

At this point, to think that this was going to come out this year...

It seems that the pandemic is only afecting her, because other people (Kylie - but actually a lot of other artists), could do a full record, 2 videoclips, and a excelent concert online of her new songs, edited and promoted in less than 2 months. The Madame X Tour was recorded in JANUARY for f*ck sake.
That's why the Queen Of Pop isn't considered like that anymore, because her team is a mess, the long gaps between projects are constant, and she's more entertained with grillz and toilets than how to present her art and projects to the world. The last time that the general public knew about her was the horrible Eurovision thing, and not being in the Levitating video. 
I know I'm being extra-negative lately in this forum, but this is how I feel, and I feel really angry with her lately.
