Celebration seems to be the definitive collection right now and is the one getting most streams out of any of her others compilations. It ain't doing too bad at digital stores either, but Immaculate Collection still outsells.  Despite what fans feel about Celebration, regarding technical glitches and a few inclusions or omissions, most of the general public doesn't care about that.  That compilation does include her biggest hits and I can see people clinging to that one. 

Faz Gostoso really was the single that got away.  Could have been the next la isla Bonita the way it’s streams were up

Also, Tokischa have great chemistry with Madonna, which we can't say of all her collabs. Both Tokischa and Maluma, you like the music or not, feel very intimate, respecful and playful with Madonna.

I think the confusion here lies in the literal approach to the words and their meaning.
This song has nothing to do with them being vulgar. It's a term used on them by some figures in the media (Hi Piers) along demonic, dirty, disgusting etc.. That they appropriated and take the piss with, hence those lyrics.
'Say our names' etc it's a middle finger to what tabloids and the right wing media has to say about them. Telling them,: " Do you think we are trash? we are trash then Do you think we care? We don't care .Keep saying my name and you are giving me free advertising and engagement.'
It's an attitude of the rebel and someone against a system. Quite on brand with Madonna

I believe it's unfair to call Madonna's latest music of lower quality, hence the lack of interest from the public. Every kind of shit is charting today, especially in the US. Madonna is making as good a music as every main pop girl but she gotta try extra hard and create something phenomenal to even raise one eyebrow from the GP.

Ghosttown would have been a MASSIVE hit in the hands of any other big female pop star

I have to agree.  Even though, some fans think Girl Gone Wild may have been horrible choice as a single, but it's very radio friendly and much like what was being released at the time. I have no doubt if Katy Perry or Lady Gaga released that song that year, it would have been huge.  Radio just doesn't want to play her newer music, and much of it is because the industry thinks she's too old for top 40 airplay. If she's lucky, she may hit the Adult Contemporary channels like she did with Ghosttown and Crave, but other than that, she won't get a hit on her own again.  Ghosttown should have been a massive hit.  There is nothing horrible about that song.
