They were really close friends, always together. It's clear that something must have happened if they don't even greet each other anymore. I heard something happened that made Madonna feel betrayed.

And, well, I never really liked her anyway. She's ignorant, anti-vax, close to HIV-AIDS denialists, and a follower of pseudoscientific therapies and practices. Madonna would probably have a laugh knowing that Paltrow does coffee enemas to cure every illness.
