Sorry if this has been answered, I was searching and couldn't find anything (or maybe I'm blind) - has ANYONE gotten codes sent to them for the new LA shows? It's less than 24 hours and I'm a little concerned.

No code here either. I called Ticketmaster this afternoon, and after 20 minutes on hold, the guy didn't know anything about the code and directed me to call The Forum. Which I haven't done. I don't understand why they would have that info when the code is to access Ticketmaster's site. I also asked about my pending refund for the cancelled San Francisco show since I was hoping to use that money toward a comparable LA ticket and was told the event was formally cancelled on 8/15, a refund could take 30 days to process, and there was no way to expedite it. Very frustrating.

  2. I have a single ticket for sale on vividseats.com for the Saturday, November 2nd San Francisco show listed below face value. It's in the exact center of orchestra row F. An excellent seat. Please check it out or tell anyone you know who may be interested. If all goes according to plan, I will be at that show and can ensure everything works out with the ticket.

  3. I wish this was M, but it's not. It is Marilyn Monroe for sure. Shot by Milton Greene in 1956, as stated by Maddyone above. The back mole flagged me too initially and made me take a second look. (Glad I'm not the only one who's overly observant and knows that about M. Ha.)

Here is a page with photos from the entire Marilyn Monroe shoot:

  4. I'm on the West Coast, and I have it on right now. While the guide says M should be on, it's definitely a different episode they're airing here. I was still looking forward to catching the repeat, but alas, Ben Stiller is on my TV instead. It sounds like the Madonna rerun did air in other parts of the country?

  5. Nothing Really Matters, for God's sake!

I still think Nothing Really Matters should've been the interlude between Like A Virgin and Living For Love on RHT. That was the only thing I would have realistically changed about the setlist.

    As for my choices...

    Sanctuary

Secret Garden (I picture a gorgeous, reworked breakbeat interlude of sorts)

    Swim

    Nothing Really Matters

    Skin

To Have And Not To Hold

    Falling Free

    I'll Remember

    Inside Out

    Ghosttown

    Time Stood Still

    Rain

    Over And Over

    Causting A Commotion

And I'd probably fly straight up off of this planet and into a black hole if she ever sang Has To Be.

  6. What he's shared so far on both of those pages has been great. They are worth following for sure. I absolutely love the "La Isla experiment" on SoundCloud. That and the other one you linked to above are my two favorites. He's been very cordial to the M fans who have commented as well. I think we're all secretly pulling for another collaboration (M's vocals on these piano pieces would be such a dream), but his perspective on that now is understandable. Regardless, I look forward to his future posts.
