  1. Sorry, I meant did someone say smile and personality and brain all in one sentence 😗
  2. This is definitely hard to do. This is super loose in order: Music Hung Up Living for Love Deeper and Deeper Vogue Medellin Miles Away Masterpiece Hollywood Beautiful Stranger Get Together 4 Minutes Human Nature La Isla Bonita Burning Up Dress You Up Like a Prayer Nothing Really Matters I Don’t Search I Find Fever
  3. Did someone say beefy and hairy and ass all in the same sentence? 🤗
  4. Confessions is likely your best bet of the two. I’d also suggest a run through of Confessions on a Dance Floor. It’s a great intro album and of course Confessions is supported heavily by it. Or let them be surprised. Madame X is awesome in artsy way but it’s heavily heavily supported by Madame X the album and unless you’re going to expose them ahead of time to such a dark and world sounding album, I wouldn’t do it. Not yet. My best bet is always to lock onto the songs they like or know. Most love Hung Up and that disco vibe is throughout the show. They may get lost more or less during the arabesque section but that’s a great window into the political artsy style section that comes into play with Madame X later on.
  5. My first contact: Music (Album) and Immaculate Collection from my mom in the early 2000s. First Music Video/Film: 4 Minutes hitting YouTube and also Sticky and Sweet when it was uploaded to YouTube. First Performance: Superbowl Songs I loved before become a hardcore fan: Vogue, Music, Like a Virgin, 4 Minutes, GMAYL, Girl Gone Wild, Love Spent And what finally sent me down the rabbit hole as a hardcore fan? Living for Love (Grammy’s 2015) and then Rebel Heart as an album. From there I devoted hours to her back catalogue and then demos on YouTube and ended up here around 2016 I believe. Shorter journey to others but still quite the journey.
  6. I think he means like this current century, 2000-2099.
  7. I also can be mounted on the wall… just saying 😗
  8. Based on this release, clearly compilation albums are still a strong point for her due to how large a catalogue she has. And I can imagine Celebration would be easy to put back on the charts. Especially it was expanded to cover the last decade.
  9. They may be a generational thing. I listen to Erotica to Madame X in full all the time. Less likely to do so with the first four (five if you include I’m Breathless). So I get what you mean.
  10. Even if it wasn’t specific to Celebration, perhaps it was meant to take advantage of those that wouldn’t be able to see her on tour but still give her something potentially positive to hit the charts in sales. It may get pushed to closer to the holidays when the tour is in full force. In the meantime, they may have retooled with the digital releases. Less likely but still good for thought, perhaps they found dropping an item like that in light of all the rescheduling on the fans who may have lost money travel reservations seemed insensitive.
  11. Hopefully this makes it over to the US eventually. For cheaper costs anyway.
  12. Hopefully this will have Frozen fixed. I don’t understand how that was never fixed. But I’m glad Sodade and Crave will finally be released. I’m sure it will make it to Streaming afterwards… or four years later like MX bonus tracks hahaha
  13. Didn’t she get the Madame X facelift literally right before she began filming the documentary for Welcome to the World of Madame X. Due to how long they last, it may be advised to have them done as close to the important stuff as possible. She also has been active with rehearsals and then being sick so weight loss was gonna happen then too. So it’s hard to say. Lots of variables. And before someone comes for me, I was not negative about appearance. I actually find that stuff interesting.
  14. I guess I’ll visit Miami this fall just for the heck of it lol.
  15. I was wondering if they were gonna let all the traction with streaming just fall apart. A new song or even a simple remix could help with the gap.
  16. My coworkers just called me because they just about it. They were like “Hey, we just heard about Madonna. How are you doing?”
  17. Unfortunately, but I feel like that was a strength in the 80s and 90s. She always had something coming out. Now not so much. There’s so many gaps post Celebration.
  18. And fun fact, IF she gets to just 40 mil listeners then she will just slide up to 64.
  19. Agreed! And I wish they had been a bit more like this in the 2010s, just using these little features to bring her into different circles and strengthen the GP with her. A non-album feature with Katy Perry in 2014 around the time of the magazine shoot they were in. Or a single with Lady Gaga in 2011. I know lots don’t like all these features or joint singles but they’re awesome commercial moves. M may not care about all the charts but clearly she finds the ventures fun or Warner is pushing them as part of their marketing plan for her.
  20. I still think Taylor Swift should have been a feat. on a Ghosttown remix. That fanbase would have ate that shit up and shoved it to the top of the Billboard.
  21. Oh please. Bring the collabs. As if she can’t mutilate the original with the remixes she’s released for tours and singles. The originals will be what are celebrated anyway. Everything new is to strengthen her position with the shifting general public. Something that wasn’t being done well in the 2010s. Madonna is taking a stance of featuring or allowing features with newer or indie or still active pop stars. It’s the 2020s. And she’s doing all these things and using fresh sounds but propping up the classics as well. Frozen got a whole new extension on life via a remix Mike Dean could’ve done in five seconds but instead she played mother and worked with SickKick. You’re frozen when your hearts not open after all.
  22. There’s some unneeded white noise in some but it’s for effect and style I’m sure. Artist decision.
