The Rolling Stones has released several SD Blu-rays (480i/576i cassette tape recordings upscaled to 1080i) in recent years. They all look very decent.
 
Tina also released her 2000 Wembley concert (also a cassette tape recording) on SD Blu-ray back in 2013.
