I love the album as a collection of songs, just a great listen on an Autumn evening. One More Chance makes me ill though, she went a step too far into 90s balladering schmalz with that one.
One thing I never really got to the bottom of though, what was the deal with the different artworks for the back cover? Was there a reason? Which is the "real" version?

When you say "happened", what are you referring to because the video came out in January, the Grammys and media blitz were in February and the single came out in mid April.
The single underperforming is down to it not being pushed to radio. If they had actually promoted it to radio properly at any time from January onwards, both album and single would have fared even better. The album having a 1 week spike at #37 after the Grammys was also fairly lame in retrospect, it should have easily bounced back to the top 20.

I'm nervous for her doing something of this magnitude as a live broadcast to be honest, especially when it will be the first outdoor event of the tour. The vultures will be circling overhead. Let's pray her vocals are in-sync with the backing tracks and that she doesn't party too much in Mexico and end up with deep-croak.

There are YouTube videos copyrighted to the True Blue album, others to The Immaculate Collection, and some to a Live To Tell album. The Live To Tell ones we were assuming was proof a single would be released on streaming.
