While that’s true, just because some members participate in this doesn’t mean we don’t ever want to see anything they have to say. Some people weave in and out of participating in the “truly” stuff and making normal commentary. Therefore, this isn’t a great solution to the problem of constant derailing of threads.
It’s happening in multiple threads and you have to scroll through it just to read something you actually want to see. At what point does a joke become trolling if not when it’s used multiple times daily in multiple threads by multiple users for months on end after being asked by multiple members to let it go finally?
I think making a thread specifically for this stuff would solve the problem. People can post whatever pics they want of Madonna and talk about how truly young she looks or whatever else, and the rest of us don’t have to read it, and they can have their fun. If that doesn’t work, then I suggest part of the reason they’re doing it is to disrupt other threads with the joke, in which case it’s trolling.

I won't be digging for the thread but you made an statement pairing women attire at the gym and the repercussions of what would happen to them for  ' being almost naked' like it was one of your facts.
It's not the first time I read (like in this thread) some of your 'open minded opinions' or facts as you like to call them that don't mean one thing but totally are signalling to that.
It's an argumentative style pretty vague and misleading, not to say malicious.
This 'you don't understand'  'you are trying to make the worst and look for drama' trope it's getting tired.
 

Some people like the performance, some people don't, ok, but in the end it's great to see artists of the younger generation aknowledging, appreciating, and keeping on performing Madonna's music.  She's still an inspiration for younger artists and that's something we should be happy about.

I'm thinking a lot of the negative comments we see in forums and social media directed at Sam are a result of Sam making people feel uncomfortable, Sam may represent something these commenters see in themselves or something the commenters are uncomfortable with, perhaps the weight issue as if it was Lil Nas X doing the exact same performance, we wouldn't see that level of negative commentary.
In the context of the personal attacks Sam experiences on social media and in person, I felt that Human Nature was a fitting performance for the show. I'm not a fan of Sam or their music however I thought the HN performance was relevant and ok overall.

I knew this thread would become a hot mess.  Just going to re-iterate I thought the performance sounded great in full.   I applaud Sam for showing one can be sexy no matter what they look like.

Same, have never had a problem with anyone who is non-binary when I have forgotten, and as I said even Sam Smith said they won't get angry if people use he/him but they don't identify that way and it isn't hard to respect that. It is a monority of people and isn't some fad. I agree some people may have jumped on sort of like sicktok when there were a few people faking mental health issues, but I again agree I think that time has passed. 

Not all biological women bleed once a month some never do for whatever reason, no need to reduce a woman down to a biological function.
Speaking of biology, is that the litmus test here? If so there is no gene or biology that accounts for sexaulity. So then what makes a person Gay? It isn't biology, so what else is it? You identify as Gay or Straight or Bi and what, I am supposed to just buy into your identity, where is the biological proof. 
This is why Gay conversion therapy exists because people don't believe Gay people are really Gay just confused Heterosexuals. It's a slippery and dangerous slope when you speak of identity. Sexuality is literally identity and it is based off how you feel. Not any science based biology, yet you are free to identify however you want.

Rebel Heart is collection of well written, melodic Madonna songs representing all facets of her artistry. It’s like a greatest hits record but with original material. Madame X is a brilliant album but written and sang by Madame X . 

I am getting very excited for my two nights in Seattle.  I hope that each of the four decades is highlighted equally.  I love Madonna's last decade so much.  MDNA - Rebel Heart - Madame X really spoke to me.  Single choices were iffy, here and there, but the music was actually damn good on the albums and the tours were amazing.  Since the era had so many number one club hits, she can get away with "the hits" tour and still celebrate the wonderful era. I want more than an Immaculate Collection rehash but I know that Madonna will bring it no matter what direction that she chooses.  Madonna just has so many hit songs that she cannot perform them all at one venue.  That is a good problem to have, I suppose.

When people are so grossed out by her appearance that they wish she retire, die, go away, "age gracefully" etc it is ageism and misogyny. Plain and simple.

A lot of people don't like the way Zac Efron looks after his cosmetic surgeries, but they don't wish those things on him.
