So what are the best quality official music videos we have available at this time? HDX? Upscale? Youtube? Celebration DVD.

I downloaded a Celebration DVD RE-DO from on here! It was compiled by Stevie B and basically is the commercially released DVD but with the missing videos like "Gambler" "Dress You Up" "DW/SFL" etc ... up until "Celebration." So there is that if you want a chronological, complete "Celebration DVD" that is fanmade -- and it is masterfully done. It would go great with The Immaculate Collection & 93:99 DVDs. As for individual music videos, you could search them on here individually as .VOB or .MPG files.

Honestly, Stevie B's DVD RE-DOs here are amazing and in high quality so he's not joking around in terms of quality.
