Definitely feel Madonna as a writer feels a closer connection to her work. She only likes a select few of her covers too.

Her haters/detractors have always claimed she was a narcissist.  
 
While I don’t think that’s the case, I would say yeah she likes herself for sure and has high self esteem.

Actually, yes. I was physically abused my by ex of 4 years and I'm a social worker so I'm around a ton of abused and victims. I understand the embarrassment as I felt it too; I didn't tell anyone till several year after that I was a victim and constantly lied about my wounds and injuries to cover up for my ex. 
 
I thought that Madonna would tell the truth decades later but clearly she wants too keep her friendship with Sean positive so she still covered for him. 

The guy that talked about cowardly genes and man being feminize. Can't confess he was a man baby and  an abuser .

I love hearing her talk about social and political issues like this. I don't want to diminish anything Madonna has said about global conflicts, but I'm curious to hear her thoughts on Gaza. While she did mention Palestine in this post, the situation in Gaza is an unprecedented catastrophe that can swipe a nation off the Earth. 
Anyway, I don't want to discuss politics and she owes nothing to anyone. I'll stay curious.

I appreciate this album a lot but i feel like there's still so much wasted potential to It. The ugly visuals and terrible uninspired deluxe album cover, the robotic vocals, and the missed chance of it to being either more cohesive and sticking to its Portugal inspired theme or a whole journey all around the world (Imagine even more traditional music by other countries like China or Japan and even more, what a cool concept imo) but still has so fillers like Medellin, I Rise and overall silly songs that just dont do much (talking about you Bitch and Gostoso). The tour was ok but overall such a terrible era imo, brave inspired piece of work tho.

Also the whole era was traumatizing for the fans cause around the end of the tour and the start of the covid crisis I think that´s when she kind of lost her mind, and we couldn´t believe the milk bath with petals of roses speaking about covid being the great equaliser, the injuries, the very strange face, the terrible instagram posting, Madonna losing her physical shape, and then the start of the bizarre singles and the woke messages non stop. But the good news is that, despite it all, she managed to return as the Madonna of always, at least in professionality and mood and face, for the big Celebration tour, one of her greatest ever. Also I rediscovered the album a few months ago and ok, it´s not my favourite, but I could enjoy it a little better, without any expectations, than at first when I disliked it totally. 

Yeah this is my ultimate dream. She managed to satisfy them all, it's incredible. Since she started to travel to Africa I went on saying "I hope she'll make an afro-oriented album, it could help her to talk about many aspects of our life and world" and with Madame X she kinda did it; I wanted a record of strong pop songs and with Rebel Heart she released tracks like Rebel Heart, Living for love, Joan of Arc, Wash all over me (the Avicii uptempo version - she didn't release it but we all lived the track in  both ways); I wanted an old hits tour and she did this biographical masterpiece. The thing left is a live show or record, all acoustic, with piano, bass, percussions, sax, guitars, a small orchestra and strong backing vocals. Two or three new songs and her historic tracks.

Live to Tell really makes sense to me.  Especially since she's writing it and directing it.
