For me she wasn't really late, despite ticketmaster said that 20.30 was Madonna time, I knew that minimum she will start at 21.30, wich is still a decent time.
The problem for me was the ENDLESS rehearsal. We arrived at 16 as I said and even having early entry, we didn't get inside till 19 h, wich made us feel exhausted, bored, hungry etc... Nobody understood why she rehearsed till so late or why she didn't do it before.
Anyway, she said that she loves our city and our energy and it was sincere because everytime she comes to Barcelona, she likes to ride her bike next to the seaside. Love her!

I meant, she was rehearsing random songs, Mother and father, Don't tell me, La isla bonita, Die another day, she did a bit of Vogue and Celebration and Joan of Arc was in between them, before having a big break of silence for 1 hour and starting again with Die another day...

Yep, she did it 2 times, wheb we were waiting outside, between different songs from the actual setlist. It sounded fine, close to the Ellen show version

Btw, for me it's like my last time, at last standing on the floor. We arrived there at 16 h as ticketmaster said, we couldn't enter till 19 h, and then she started almost at 22 h. It was exhausting... And I'm just arriving home, at 1 am...

No Joan of Arc, despite she rehearsed it 2 times during the afternoon.
The energy was amazing in the end, people a little angry at the begining but all we forgoted everything as Bob appeared!!
She was on fire, but fragile. She was a little insecure singing Bad Girl and she was shaking a little. But great afterall, she's a true survivor. Her speech on the cowgirl section was amazing.
I saw a lot of younger teenages, giving everything and they were asking me why the rest of the guys of the pit were so miserable. I think as we got older, we project our insecurities on her, when we should be proud of her strenght, what she achieved and the opportunity to see her one more time.

Tbh, she looked more tired and less energy on Drowned World Tour, wich is amazing because it was a top level concert. Considering than more than 22 years have passed since then, she's is almost super-human.

Wow she looks amazing, sounds amazing and it's not the typical latin, religious sections, it's al mixed and I can't wait to see it live.
My only 'complain' is the hairstyle. The blond wavy style is there forever since 2008 and her changes were used to be the 'identity' of her tours, but this is a minor thing considering that she looks A LOT better than 2020 / 2022...
