The Soulpower Remix hasn't aged well, it sounds so bland and boring to me, even though it was remixed by a famous Danish duo...
The album remix is actually quite good on its own, haven't heard it in a very long time, even though I personally think it belongs strictly to STR cause it fits so well with the other tracks
What took me by surprise is the Hot Mix Edit, cause it sounds so fresh, lively, and modern. It was one of the first files I downloaded God knows from where, at the time when telephone-based modems were at their height. It was a file with the RM extension, and it was one of the Hot mixes

What an odd choice for a digital single release... They should have included the dubs & Mark!'s mixes... Maybe, we'll be getting Part 2 when STR turns 30, though it's unlikely
Well, at least, the Hot Mix Edit is something new within the package that we can look forward to

Interesting!
Thank you for the trip down the memory lane!

I'll Remember (originally released on March 15, 1994) would be a great surprise. We still don’t have two of the mixes from digital source.
It is my thinking that they will probably release I'll Remember and (hopefully) all of its versions, including the vinyl-only Guerilla Groove and Orbit's Alternative mixes, next year when the song turns 30

Where are all the insiders?

Are we getting anything on Friday? What do you think it will be?
The DW/SFL & Sky Fits Heaven mixes would be a dream come true (since it's the next single after ROL)
DW was released in August, and yet I doubt they're going to stick to the original release dates when dropping all the remaining ROL singles. One such example is the release of ROL-the-single to digital platforms almost 2 weeks ago (the physical single was released in May).

never understood why fans love the 4.48 version of BU - its like the fever edit one - everyone seems to go mental over it - personally i think its awful and she probably doesnt like it - hence why its not really available..
I think it all comes down to what our memories of the first time we heard Burning Up are, and which version we heard first. Of course, the video version is more common now and our ears must have got used to hearing that one cause it's practically everywhere, but to me, the alternative album version is the best cause it was featured on the First Album cassette that I had bought way back then and played over and over until the 2001 reissue came along. The alt album version is edgier, and somehow more dear to me. I hope it'll get released either as part of Madonna 40 or the Angel single.

Wow 3 feats! Looks likely that at least one will be a proper single then I guess?!
Wow! I hope she sings without autotune on them!

So, the 7'' Edit is the Remix Edit, right?
No Alternate Album Version though...

I think this concept would have worked fine for the reissue, and the fans would have lapped it up. Like we're getting the original album remastered on CD1, the select demo tracks including the unreleased ones on CD2, or maybe even CD3, and the video featurette comes on the DVD with the Sex tapes footage playing against the audio of the "missing" songs

Waiting video??????
Never heard of this. But it would have been such a joy if it had existed. I mean, surely, they could have made videos for every non-single song off Erotica even now, had they wanted to, you don't need an additional storyline as long as the songs speak for themselves like all the Erotica songs do. There's so much footage from that era anyway, what with the "Sex tapes" footage anyway. Something like Tori Amos did for her Abnormally video featurette

What? Which EP?
That was just some funny speculation on my part about what this release might look like. The 2-track EP with album versions and a wallpaper to boot.
I'm still hoping we'll be getting more than 4 tracks.

Love Don't Live Here Anymore also saw an exclusive, Japan-only release in 1986. The song was released on a 7" vinyl and has Over & Over as its b-side.
