I wonder how many they actually made to sell out so fast. 500? 1000? 10,000? 50,000? 200,000? I'm just curious about the demand for these stuff that sell out so damn fast. I'm glad I secured one immediately. They sometimes restocked these stuff though, like the MX VIP Book which sold out and got restocked multiple times.

They're literally selling an empty sleeve for the price of an actual record with music on it..... Are we really surprised though? they sold a concert pamphlet with an instagram photo collage in a box and envelop for $250
Pre-ordered it. Couldn't help it. I adore this album!

My opinion:
She doesn't know how to sequence the tracks on her albums post Erotica properly (sans Music). It will start upbeat and then slows down and then it just ends on a downtempo or a ballad instead of sprinkling the uptempos throughout so at least she can end on a ballad and it doesn't leave the listener feeling like something is missing. Confessions is the worst because it starts so grand and fabulous and then the good drugs from the club wore off halfway through and you're still partying but it doesn't hit the same as the beginning.
Because it’s a concept album, not a frat party playlist. It has a theme that moves from darkness to light or the opposite, negatives to positives, pain to healing or a turbulent journey through various ups and downs in life, like Madame X.
Closing tracks like Easy Ride, Mer Girl, Like It Or Not, Falling Free, I Rise represent a brilliant conclusion to the message of their respective albums, some being about getting personal from the outer layers down to the core, gradually opening up, or making peace with a painful past or making a point after the whole story, and she’s usually at her best and most authentic in her ballads.

Justify My Love is among her best and most criminally underrated songs and music videos. I wish she included it on Erotica with few more songs in that vibe.
It’s often brushed off as a compilation bonus track when it’s a freaking masterpiece.

Maybe she’ll premier the trailer for the tour at the VMAs or maybe it’s I Don’t Search I Find music video or performance to promote the release of the tour? Like it can’t be anything other than Madame X Tour promo, either through a trailer, a music video or a performance.

Never Let You Go is freaking amazing. Why am I just hearing about this??? Also, yes! I always thought Madonna’s most deserving album of a re-release is Rebel Heart due to the convoluted development cycle it went through. Fingers crossed for a complete package!

I mean it wouldn’t be impossible to see them feature a few unreleased songs or instrumentals maybe. She has tons of unreleased stuff. Fingers crossed that they actually finish those and release some of them, like Taylor Swift is doing.

The 17 studio albums could either mean new albums (since she only has 14) or they’re counting some soundtracks as albums, like I’m Breathless and Evita. That said, they do also mention soundtracks and other stuff, so I guess we’ll see.
I just wish that they don’t mean only 2-3 albums will get the deluxe edition treatment, but rather all of them. Can you imagine how absolutely groundbreaking it would be to get a re-released Madonna album every few months with tons of extras, new artworks and goodies? ?? I never thought I’d read such good news from her.. like ever! I’m grateful she’s the one giving us such valuable presents on her birthday!

Rebel Heart is the one album that is the most deserving of a proper re-release, with Aviici’s versions included and the demos finished and added. Make it a 3-4 Disc set and include some never-before-seen artworks instead of the juvenile single covers she had.
