These are the dance, simple pop oriented fans, while others just care for the album version saying it's the best with its live drums, organic sound.... Both are great, it's all about tastes. The best we can do is never trust in general opinions that can be so wrong, and just believe in our own point of view. And it's very fair to have faith in Madonna's taste, that is what made her music what it is.
So the best Open Your Heart is what you like the best, I'd personally say the extended version is top of 80's remixes, and the Immaculate version is not as strong as the original, but it's another alternative we have to enjoy. Let's not be reductive.

This is my favorite version. I even remember buying it. Such a shame we have never had a cd or digital source, but we do have some good rips. It's quite similar to the Immaculate Collection version. The Remix was a Number 1 in the UK.

Hello everyone!!!! Thanks to the stems that you shared with us, I created a version of what "Like A Prayer Instrumental" would be like. I'm not an expert, I just used my ear, an editing program and part of the 12" Extended Version. I hope you like it. By the way, almost all of the mix is in Mono, except the chorus... I know it sounds harsh but I think they are the stems of the 7'' Version.

From me to you!
Ever since @Dee Jay AI Studios leaked a lot of gems, including the Jellybean sessions multitrack of Borderline, we have felt so overwhelmed by everything happening and that includes me. So... while I was bored at work yesterday, I decided to take the multitracks and do my own mix from them, using the Q-Sound/Immaculate Collection mix as my basis for it. Personally, I think I did decently good with it. It sounds clean while staying true to the original mix as much as possible.
I believe I am not the first one who did as @clkelley39 shared his own mix of Borderline and I think he did an amazing job. I'm just hopping in the bandwagon.
