It’s probably impossible to say, which remix version of each song was the most successful one. As far as I know, most DJs only reported when but not which remix they played each time.

lol, Fever is growing on me. American Life is fun but I’d prefer - unpopular opinion perhaps - the Missy Elliott remix. 

The Madame X era was messy. 
The fact is, we got one actual single...and Crave was sent to radios in a few countries. That's it. The rest were promo singles or dance singles. And then some dance singles got videos...but God Control got a video and it was...not even a promo single. 
Feels like the entire era had a weird planning and then after Eurovision everything went to hell. 
Anyway...i just realized the album is STILL #3 in the USA and #5 in the UK. 
It's holding much better than i expected tbh. 
Let's hope for some promo this week.

I love this remix of WIFLFAG, but I cannot think of dancing to it. Maybe getting tweaked out on coke and cleaning my bath tub with a toothbrush. 

There's some Madonna songs as well: Material Girl, Deeper And Deeper (remix from the new album), Hung Up.

I don't agree. Some are unreleased because they somehow didn't fit an album.
This is what happened with Love attack and First there is a kiss in LAP, but Steve Bray himself said they are great songs. There is too much expectation for Warning Signs, but it might have been left out because three numbers were too many for the club scene.
Never love a stranger can't work in Ray of light, but it's a beautiful song, although it's evident that it is replica of Take a bow. The original version of Be careful is better than the final product.
Run and Animal were not placed in Music and Hard Candy but imo they are great tracks and it would be a crime if they were left unheard! I still think Run would have worked well instead of Runaway lover.
I am very interested in the creative process that leads to a final product and the Rebel Heart demos, with all the songs left out and the different arrangements and production, are some of the most cherished material of the Madonna archive.

According to the Paper Magazine interview, it is definite that we will hear demos, unreleased materials and different versions of songs alongside the remastered album.

"Finally Enough Love" is more a compilation (meant to put together her US Dance #1s) than a remix album? But maybe the Standard can be seen as such.

Overall, I'm happy for the deluxe CD of FEL. Only one thing: I would have preferred that she commissioned new edits of the 12-inch remixes of Like a virgin and Material girl...Sincerely I cannot more of those album versions and usually I play on my compilations the remixes of these two songs from IC.
 

The photoshoot is perfect to promote a DANCE CLUB record.
