This release would of been even more amazing if they had included a replica of the Gloss magazine cover as the gelatin print with the 100 strictly limited edition being sold.  It seemed so obvious they should of incorporated the Gloss cover in the project somehow in my opinion.

    100% Agree B.

The photo from the 'Gloss' cover is in the book, i do hope a large one and not only in the contactsheet small one

Maybe someone can create something for us @Betuncba

  2. On February 9th 1984, Andrew Caulfield received a call from his friend Mary Lambert asking if he would like to be involved in a music video she was about to direct. Mary was part of a close-knit group of artists and musicians living in LA, who were into the punk music scene and Japanese illustration and comic book art, downtown painting studios, storefront artist’s lofts in Venice Beach and psychedelic trips to the desert and the whole new world of special effects cinema. “When Borderline fell into my lap, I called on my crew to help. At last, a paying gig” – Mary Lambert.

I think this is from UK - On October 13 1983, Madonna performed Burning Up, Everybody and Holiday at Camden Palace’s Thursday Party Night in London, England.
