  1. Yeah I don't care as long as they're all online and were not missing out on any artwork single edits and album versions.

If you'd told me three years after the first EP Human Nature appeared online we'd still be getting drip fed these releases I'd have called you a liar. We're gonna be four / five years by the time they're all out. If I had to work as little as Emily I'd be a happy man.

I still need the best Human Nature mix online. Human Club Mix

    Give It 2 Me (edit)

Girl Gone Wild (Justin Cognito Radio Edit) 3:37

The actual first released version of the song on You Tube. I remember being so disappointed with the album version. (of course I miss the forgive me bit but I made my own edit) and it was on the Japanese MDNA release so why isn't it available yet?

Ray Of Light (Radio edit) on the maxi

Many more but these are like the basics man

  2. There are very few Russians and Ukrainians throughout Europe. More displaced since the war but there has been a steady influx from the Middle East and Muslim nations into Europe for decades now and this is fundamentally a religious war hence the concerns around friction between communities and sadly terror threats from fundamentalists that do not represent the wider Muslim communities.
Europe is highly responsible for the Israel situation when you trace it all back and obviously represents “the evil interfering west” in certain minds. I think that’s why western governments are so concerned. Russia Ukraine is more of a domestic situation. Israel is opening very old wounds that have barely healed. It’s such a mess.

You just know she hates that she didn’t write 50% of her biggest streaming hits and that her top tracks are Material Girl and Hung Up that she has to pay large royalties on the sample for.
    Love my frugal mom.

  4. If you don't get the social commentary  she was making by having two men speak about fucking her in the back of a cab after she poured her emotional heart out over the course of an album then that's on you. Did You Do It completely contextualized the male gaze Madonna was trying to dismantle with the whole era. the SEX book, her desires from her point of view. In many ways in preempted the backlash before the album was even released.

Only cool girls really get this. Some of us just like to read etc.

  5. Glasto acts are drip fed right up until the month of the festival. They usually announce two headliners when tickets go on sale and the other headliner and legends slot later on.

Madonna will not be doing Legends slot or Friday. She will either want top billing Sat pyramid or the Sunday closer like Elton.

There's a good chance they will build this around her as an all female headline festival as they were criticised for last years very male bill.

Taylors UK dates finish on Sunday 23rd June and the festival is  26th-30th June so she could do the Sunday. (Dublin on the Fri Sat night)

Taylor & Madonna would be amazing. If they could get Bey(summer tour uk rumours also) on the Fri night too it would be the best Glasto Ever.

  6. Emily Eavis was at the concert the other night. Emily is the daughter of Michael Eavis who is the Guy who puts Glastonbury on with Emily. There are also rumours of a regional summer stadium leg in the summer coming from some other forums. This is where I expect a S&S 2 where the setlist will change a little to be a bit more complete in terms of the hits hits.

It's not as good as the format I posted but it's not too dissimilar.

    and she'd Madonna.

  8. Yeah Im absolutely craving a new album. The last three albums have been quite heavy in many ways. Either in terms of the divorce, Gaga backlash then leaks & brits fall & Rocco drama then Madame X in the whole was quite a heavy spiky album. It would be really great to see some of the energy from the Celebration tour reflected in her next record. Up, fresh and a bit brighter in feel. Medody rich with a three tier release stategy.

I think the spunk it up all up the wall in the first week approach is dead and dated. This needs to be a 18 month campaign.

These four / five year gaps between albums is too much.

Now her streaming is on its way up they need to keep the content coming.

All of these tracks can be recorded in the same sessions and the hard work is done for her. She can record the SIX VIDEOS before hand like she did with Madame X She can sit back and let the promo team do all the work from there in.

I honestly feel like this should be the model for her. Legacy is secured its content and keep the engagement time. I think she'll have learned a fair bit from the old MAXI EP releases and the remixed versions of old tracks.

Seriously guys we're in 2023... Greatest hits are pointless. Everyone is making their own greatest hits playlist on online digital music services...

They absolutely aren't. Just look at how well Finally Enough Love did.

I'd also like to point out that in the UK top 100 albums 27 are GH collection. That's 27% of market share. good money for old rope. If you look at Vinyl alone the proportion is even greater. On a worldwide scale this is an astronomical amount of cash for old product and back catalogue sales are only set to increase. GH were dead a few years back but they are alive and well and to some degree clogging up the charts which reduces visibility for new artists. I do think there should 100% be a separate chart for albums older than 2 yrs old to remove this new star blocking. I'd say another 20-30% of the chart are back catalogue releases of old Ed Sheeran / Adele  / Dua / Taylor / Billie / Gaga / Katy / Oasis and a bunch of stuff from stars who have died.
