Well it’s a cd-r. And in the old days lots of promos singles/album had totally unique artworks and were pressed.

I’m pretty sure this “sampler” was just (home) made for the contest. 
Yea lots of singles were released with the generic Maverick logo but those were also pressed most of the times. 

I was (and remain) obsessed with that IDSIF the minute I first heard it on MADAME X.  I simply adore that a lyric from it was chosen to be the title of the compilation.   Simply brilliant!  And fitting, I must say.

Well, that's what promo samplers used to look to look like in  the old days: a CD in a case and  a sticker. They should have pushed the concept further and send a CD-R.

We are still talking about the glitches on Celebration and the absence of a Reinvention dvd. So yes lol.

I know shes been on holiday and it wont happen but imagine a surprise performance with Bey and M with  the queens remix.  The pop wold would stop

Where in the hell is the Who's that Girl Super Club Mix?   I purchased the LP on Record Store Day ages ago!  They have had time to load three or four Frozen Sickick remixes but cannot push the button that releases the WTG Super Club Mix?   Emily?  Where are these mixes?  

No... I just assumed that Warner was gonna join the 21st century.  Haha  I have a hard time streaming my favorite artist because many of my favorite tracks are not on streaming so I play my own tracks which = zero streaming points.  

This and we also know that when she shares something - it could be something filmed months prior - 

I do wish thay the YCD songs were not out of chronological single order.  And.... personally I see no problem with adding the missing songs to make it 52 and still celebrating 50 number one chart entries.

I was on vacation all of last week!
My 6LP set arrived yesterday (Sunday) afternoon! I love it, it’s a great collection and celebration of Madonna’s dance achievements.
I still have some gripes with the tracklisting (will go into this later), as well as the creative direction of the entire packaging (I’ll keep it brief 😜 ).
But, The overall project makes me excited for what’s next!!!!

They have 11 editions and are doing record store appearances all week long in the UK, lmao. She doesn't stand a chance. 

I'm sure they're on speaking terms, exspecially now when she's working on the deluxe editions.
I am a bit worried about demos that Stephen Bray has. Is she still pissed off and refuses to ask för them for a sde, or is she speaking to him again, 25 years after Pre-Madonna?
I guess time will tell...

Thought I'd better break down the cassette before somebody losses their mind. They're first day versions. So the day we wrote it. They have a lead vocal and some backgrounds. We worked from these versions and they became the records. The titles you recognize are what they say they are. Not produced. Without live players and strings and choirs etc. "Angels" is a song called Angels with dirty faces. It's complete. And was never released. Good too. LIttle Girl is Promise to Try. Piano vocal like the record but not that version. Out of Time is Till Death do us Part. Boss's Nova is a Latin feel idea that never got there. No vocal. Just an idea. 20's jazz, the same, as is Mid Tempo. Sparks that made no fire. It happens. Side two of the tape is blank so #11, 12 and dance don't exist. I can NOT release or put up snippets. I'd be drawn and quartered. Maybe I'll try and organize some kind of private listening. It would have to be in space so let's hit up Elon Musk. Wish I could release it all because I know how happy it would make you all. But, I can not. Respectfully. PL

I want to apologize for all these off topic posts about LAP in the FEL thread, but demos and unreleased songs are my passion and of course after the Paper article we are desperately waiting to know more about the reissues. We all thought they would be announced in August. Everybody anniversary is so close.

So my 6 LP is 2 hrs from home and still expected on Wednesday. I would go for a road trip and get it myself if I could. Haha
