Deeper and Deeper isn't in the slightest and I could even say that about Gone. Something like Words and Thief of Hearts from Erotica but those are deep cuts so I would say Bye Bye Baby for sure or Secret Garden.

I'm suspicious to say, because I love Erotica so much. All the album songs are great for me. Bye Bye Baby and Secret Garden are incredible. I appreciate them so much.

I'd agree with most of that article except for Deeper and Deeper. I love it anyway, but i never got the impression that it was or is underappreciated. Fans love it, M's done it a few times and it did alright on the charts i seem to remember.

 

Same a bit for Secret, but then again, in whose eyes are these underappreciated? Fans, the general public, M herself or just the person writing the article? I'm sure we could all write an article on the topic and we'd all have a different top 10 (mine would include for e.g. Nothing Really Matters and One More Chance-truly underappreciated)

 

Miles Away doesn't seem to be underappreciated by a lot of her fans, but was by the general public. And for good reason, it's bad.

 

Love Profusion is definitely not underappreciated by the fans but is most definitely underappreciated by M herself.
