Madonna - Presidential Inauguration 2017

Just wondering what you guys think about this.

Should Hillary Clinton win the presidency, do you guys think that Madonna should be invited to perform The Star-Spangled Banner at the inauguration ceremony come 2017?

The presidency is not but the pomp and circumstance is a little too phony for Madonna. It's all for show with little artistic freedom or expression.

Something may happen during/after the elections in america and be cancelled so they won't have a new president. Unfortunately americans must choose a crook or a crazy woman to vote. I'd rather Madonna not participate.

Nah tbh, plus she's too risque for politicians so I doubt they'd have her.

i don't want to start a debate over the candidates on this forum but..."crazy woman" for hillary seems off.

and even if we go with the thought of her being somewhat crazy by any definition - perhaps it takes a certain kind of craziness to stay in US politics for as long as she has. and that's more a sign of being competent!
