You should note that the interludes in this tour serve to enrich the narrative about Madonna's history. They include songs she doesn't perform live, tributes to iconic moments in her career, and more. These interludes are integral to the show, seamlessly bridging different eras of her music during the transitions between the singing parts.
In contrast to previous tours, where interludes varied in theme matching the different themes within a show. But the theme in this show is Madonna.

What about if they grab Pettibone, Orbit, Mirwais & Price and ask them to revisit and edit the hits according to Madonna.
I'm ignoring other producers because I'm thinking about some new visions but respecting the originals. And these 4 are the strongest and more creative.
    That would be something interesting.

EgoRod reacted to Roland Barthes in Mirwais will release a book about Madonna & him
He's actually promoting the first tome of a trilogy about his work. Now it's about Taxi Girl, his first band. The second tome will be about himself and the third one about Madonna. No trash talk there, when asked about her during the promo he's always praising her, when reminded he said she drove him crazy during the recording of Confessions so he left, he was quick to say that he was the one having a meltdown and  needed mental help then  but she treated him the best one could considering his breakdown. He alsi added that people have the wrong impression of her and they would be surprised to know how real and funny she is and he wants to get the record straight. It will also be about the music business.
And he does not know about his new album. Sorry Kylie fans, and to torture you even more, he said he has two tracks with her but does not know if they are gonna be released since he may record totally new stuff. The reason why he does not release stuff is because he believes streaming fucks the artists, the Madonna tome will be about this too.

No, a couple of folk are wondering "what's going on" and everyone else is perfectly normal and enjoying the clips of the show as it approaches its end.

Madonna sang plenty of "silly lyrics" in the 90s and the idea the past 15 years has been characterised by "silly lyrics" is just utterly nonsense. And saying age has nothing to do with it then immediately going to a ridiculous representation of her appearance says it all.

It's easy to be dismissive of ageing as a reason for anything but what I never see discussed in these (now endless) takes on Madonna is that obviously an artist ages, but we age too, and the interaction we have with them is impacted by both in heaps of ways. I mean, I personally think that a lot of the gay men in particular who do that whole 'I've been a Madonna fan my whole life but...' thing constantly these days have quite glaring issues with their own ageing and seeing that reflected in Madonna.
What would a Madonna who people think is 'still like the Madonna of 25 years ago' be like? What would she be doing? As others have observed, the total music industry and media landscape has transformed around her. She's not our friend, she's not a family member, she's an artist who clearly still wants to keep pushing ahead and to be well into her 5th decade of being successful and still be being spoken about is a pretty incredible achievement. I always think that her legacy is so vast and her impact so huge that if folk who've been fans don't feel they like her anymore, they should just check out and revel in the work they do love, cos really it's spectacularly easy to not see her Instagram/TikTok posts if they bother you.

It’s interesting seeing this thread now. I think it just shows how great this tour has been for her career. It’s been the return of Madonna for the fans.

Has she? I've seen heaps of collaborators who've only had good things to say about working with her. I've seen the repeated statements that the folk who work on and dance on her tour are the best paid in the business. And as for interactions with fans, I actually met her in 2019 and she was fabulous. Perhaps she is a horrible person but neither you or I have any way of knowing it, and it's a pretty extreme statement to make for no real purpose and very swiftly just becomes that self-aggrandising 'oh I'm an honest fan who tells it like it is, not a loon stan!' thing that has very little to do with the artist whatsoever.
The folk who were there who've posted seem to have overwhelmingly had a great time and the one review from a Miami newspaper I've seen so far was very positive. This will be forgotten about by everyone except us hardcore stans, akin to when the London Palladium dropped its curtain.

God forbid she can be human and not a robot and be out of cue arriving to the piano ahead of time for the first time in this tour. And immediately saying sorry to Mercy after.
Lucky you didn't see in the past how many times she's missed some step on the "Papa Don't Preach" bed scene cause again, she's not a robot and every show is a different show and will have its own particularities. With her and everyone else.
The "Human Nature" exact point in your video is always like that on every show, it's an act: she's arrested by the police and she insults them. She even spits on them sometimes.
    It's a SHOW.
Honestly. It's like some of you are expecting drama or something very bad to happen, when she's championing this tour so far like the 40+ years professional she is.
Let go of the drama. There's no drama, just a professional artist making everything she can to finish a tour and offer the best for her audiences.
