pretty sure alot of the look is Jeremy Scott. His facebook page is interesting - i'd never wear any of the stuff but its fun to look at. 

I love his collection with this sweaters, the most wearable clothes of him I've ever seen

And he's always featured in K-pop concepts when they go hip-hop style, I guess artists are his main income lol
