P+  ... has more subscribers than Amazon Prime, Tubi, YouTube TV, PLEX, etc, etc.

This is verifiability incorrect and not even close to reality.

Amazon has 119 million subscribers JUST in the United States. 200 million globablly.

Paramount + has about 36 million TOTAL around the world.

I'm pretty sure she wouldn't have advertised it on her instagram to 15 million people if she didn't intend for them to see what it is.

No where did I say “she didn’t intend for them to see what it is.”

What I suggested was lowering expectations based off the fan frenzy of this thread.

Don’t forget that Tears of a Clown in Miami streaming on Facebook was a surprise and not promoted anywhere before actually happening, if I’m not wrong…

And I’m sure she learned her lesson there.

    ….or she didn’t. I don’t know LOL

  4. I think everyone needs to calm down and lower expectations.

We know it won’t be a public event - they would have been promoting a time/date/venue prior to the day before if so.

I doubt it will be a live stream because they also would have been promoting a time and place to tune in by now.

I’d love a remix EP but that doesn’t make sense with all the “charity” chatter. You don’t typically launch a music release with a private charity event.

It's a god damn joke, stop being a Debbie downer

I'm not being a Debbie Downer. In my original post I mentioned everyone "chilling out." The tour video is coming in some form.

If anything, your "joke" wasn't clear.

I doubt she would break even after production costs added onto the editing fees.

Regarding "breaking even" --- you have no inside information regarding how much her production costs or editing fees are. And no inside information regarding if they were already originally included in the Madame X Tour budget and probably paid in part by her touring company (with a kick-back to them upon release or sales). I imagine these recording and editing fees were originally in the Madame X Tour budget which, I assume, has been settled for a year. I work in the touring entertainment industry. This is standard practice.

It's also rich to joke about her "breaking even." She's a multi-millionare. She'll be fine.

Imagine if she spends thousand of thousands of dollars and an entire year of editing this and nobody buys the streaming rights :04:

Then she'll sell the physical copies and still make more money than most of us do with a year's salary.

  8. I work in Marketing and realize most of you don't but......

It's no surprise that no final deal has been made regarding streaming. Unless they're producing it (they aren't), no streaming service is going to pay to license a product for which they haven't seen the final version of. She's still editing it. That doesn't mean that negotiations haven't started contingent on them approving the final product.

Chill out everyone. We just went through a pandemic which slowed productivity. But it's clear based on her continuous posts that we will see the Madame X concert someway, somehow...

It's very possible, but her reaction to doing them doesn't seem natural or planned. Seems forced but she's going along with it for the greater good of the project and incredible platform for the release.

Can you be more specific? What seems “forced”? What specifically makes you think she’s doing this for the “greater good”? From the Instagram stories she seems in good spirits in my opinion.

Everyone around me was stood in my London show but Like A Prayer did get the best reaction

I saw Madame X two night in a row in Chicago - 4th row both nights - and everyone on the floor stood and danced the entire time except for maybe the interludes.

Hi, everyone! I'm new here. And since we're all excited for the release of the Madame X show, I made this art imagining how would (or will) be the poster for the show in a streaming service!

I would love to know your thoughts on it

Amazon prime uses horizontal (not vertical) art for their content.

So, you can request for as many dates as you want for a single city and you will only be selected for ONE date in that city. If you're an ICON Lifetime Legacy member, you can request in TWO cities for the chance of getting to see her a second time in another city.

I requested for several price brackets and wound up getting selected for the second-tier (Crave) VIP package. I know of other people, however, who requested for multiple price brackets and wound up getting the cheap seats. It seems to be entirely random.

    Anyway, I hope that helps!

Read the FAQ at the bottom of the Live Nation page. They very clearly answer every question you may have.

To better your chances of getting a ticket you should request EVERY performance you are able to attend along with EVERY price level you’re willing to pay. If selected, you will only receive tickets to one performance.

An example: I chose every date and every pricing level (except VIP) for Chicago - up to the top price level of $750. I received tickets in price level 3 ($400 with fees) to one performance.

  13. So I work in a venue that’s a similar size and seating capacity of most of the venues Madonnas performing her Madame X Tour at. Earth Wind & Fire is loading in right now for their performance tonight. I snapped some pics from the very back of the Orchestra near the mixing board in case anyone wants to get a similar vantage point of what you might expect on this tour. Also for everyone complaining that it will be extremely scaled back, notice the huge screens they are using on stage. I’m really excited to see her in an intimate setting like this.

Fake! I Wrote to Icon And no one get tickets than later this week

To be fair, it's TICKETMASTER (not Icon) sending out the confirmations. Ticketmaster wrote in the email to everyone who registered that they will notify us "before Sunday, May 19."

Registration is closed and it's before Sunday, May 19. I have no reason to believe that's a fake confirmation email.
