The best part for me is i thought i had bad tickets but i 'm gonna have a better view of the show than people in the pit and first row. 
I'm stuck on Bad Girl. 
It's silly to judge a show from a bad livestream from the nosebleeders...It reminded me a lot of that Gaultier autobiographical show he did.
She looked great and sounded great. 
I see her mixing Gmayl and BIM as her "I love you but fuck you'" moment (she should have added a line from Candy Shop though) to the fans.
Can't wait to experience it live in person.

Mother knows the 90s is where it's at.

I loved most of it, there's A LOT to unpack on this show, but I do feel that most of the songs don't get a chance to fully go down, it felt very stop/start/stop but I think there's a way to get used to it.

The only part I couldn't care less is the MJ thing... Nobody needs it, Mother, let it go.

In all honesty, BAD GIRL... The rest could be a pile of crap, BAD GIRL alone would save the show. WHAT A PERFORMANCE.

I got Rebel Heart and i hate that album !

Leonard didn't write Papa Don't Preach, he wasn't even a producer on it. Also, Madonna is responsible for melodies, according to various collaborators of her over the years, so blame here for that bit. It's a creative choice on her part, Pettibone mentions in his diaries that M very clearly wasn't interested in doing Vouge #2. But you know, it's totally fine not to enjoy that side of her. To me personally, Erotica is peerless.

It looks like mine will finally be delivered tomorrow (Wed) or Thursday.  I do hope you get a resolution to why it hasn't shipped.  Ask them to put a rush on the order, maybe it will help.  Now, Rhino keeps sending me surveys to rate their customer service support.  I have to say I'm disappointed in them on this order and will be letting them know.
 

Ohhhh, she’d still be here.  But that True Blue volume 2 album would have been pretty damn dull.  EROTICA was such a huge sign post of her career.  To hear anybody say it was “boring” is — frankly — really pretty darn bizarre.  I dunno… maybe you just weren’t there in 1992,  But trust me… it was anything but boring…. EROTICA was unbelievably bold.  Revolutionary.  And so of course it has been copied by pretty much everybody in the industry.

So why are we having a two-page argument about DW/SFL not being HD? XD

It's actually a shame, it wasn't available for her other official stores within the EU. Bravado (Universal Germany) didn't get it. Not even the regular one.
And I'm not a big fan of importing vinyl since the risk is too high for damages while in transit. I'm a cover fetishist. It needs to be perfect. 🤭

I’m sure when “Madonna Deluxe” arrives, it will have a butchered artwork done by Aldo, newly mastered versions of the existing songs done by Mike Dean and ten different color variations exclusively sold by her official store. I don't get this "we need a remaster, the 80s songs sounds off" when the untouched, unremastered sounds way better in every way than this compressed, loud mess.

If the sound is quieter just crank up the volume, deaf grannies! 

At the same time it's not too different from the 90s soundtracks that used to come with a 'credits hit' closing  an album. MC Hammer ' Addams Groove" Cuban Pete in the Mask etc..
And the video and lyrics of Vogue work within the theme.
I would love something with Keep it Together-Vogue and Rescue Me,... Houselicious!

Maybe I'd prefer one of the other versions, although I don't like the "Pre-Madonna" version either. But who knows.

"Borderline" on the album is terrible, sounding really outdated and even of less quality than the rest of the songs. But the Jellybean Remixes are what is saving the song for me.

Fwiw I believe both Everybody and ANBD were co-written by her and Steve but they agreed to split sole writing credits on the two early on. At least that’s what I’ve read a few times over the years.

Press release = hype. Plans evolve, change, sometimes even never happen in the end.
