I've been watching La Casa de Papel and I see they use "¡joder!" a lot. Do latin american spanish speaking people say that a lot or is it just a spanish thing?

The files Frank posted are not recognized at all by my computer. I tried ALL players, converters and tricks I could pull. It basically says they're not mp4. However, friends who have downloaded the very same files say they work just fine. I'm losing it here!
