Yes the nose makes a difference. Hence why we get a stuffy nasal voice when we have a heavy cold.

Going by a Google search there is no evidence to suggest a nose job makes someone’s voice nasal at all. Apparently it wouldn’t even change the sound of someone’s voice noticeably, if at all.

And do we even know that Madonna has had a nose job?

I would certainly replace the word “honest” with another word but I’ll just leave my cunty behaviour aside: you can’t judge someone’s vocals from a damn video. I was there, Madonna was singing like 5 meters away from me. She nailed it. Period.

I really think she has everything done but the nose. On the other hand, it´s true she sometimes sounds nasal but I think that´s been happening since many years ago.
