She looks truly lovely. I am really enthralled by the news of Candy Perfume Girl. I truly love it.

I missed RHT so I would be happy to hear Burning Up. CPG is too much of a deepcut, but if she has 1-2 places to switch the setlist up each night i’d be happy to hear it as well. #justiceforSKINthough didn’t she rehearse CPG for either MDNA or RHT?

She sang it in the rebel heart tour.

Madame X was Urbandonna?  MDNA was Urbanadonna? Rebel Heart was Urbandonna?   I am confused.

The last urbadonna I remember was Hard Candy in terms of an album. The the remix singles of the last couple years were extremely urban (frozen, material girl, hung up). thank heavens we got a short break from urban with sorry.

Weren't there rumors in 2020 that Madonna had worked on some songs with Patrick Leonard, and was reworking them with someone else? Imagine if she is releasing them after all and Max Martin is cleaning them up/adding another song.

The Leonard rumors seemed so weird and unlikely back then, but that was before the greatest hits tour was announced. Now it kinda makes sense. We know for sure that she is working on music and has been for a long time. I think she's gonna drop the bomb in a few months

    Agree

I've always believe she was more hip hop/funk/latin oriented than rock/new wave, even in her early days.

It’s interesting to ponder for sure. Regardless, she was pretty much exclusively hanging out at edgy, arty, and underground places. She wasn’t following corporate or mainstream acts other than those that crossed over eventually like Blondie, etc.

Many of M albums have included a sticker pointing out "Hits" that had not even been released as singles yet. It is not unreasonable to think that she can release a brand new studio album and add only 2 or 3 new songs from it to the tour. As an example, Re-invention Tour was certainly a greatest hits tour and she only sang 4 songs from her previous studio album (plus Die Another Day and Hollywood remix interlude...)

Yeah but it's not in the title and that's what matters. I think it's a celebration of her career not just her hits. It's all promo. Let's face it she's going to play non hits to fit a theme and a few new songs. It's Madonna she never plays by the rules.

Completely agree with you. To me this is obvious. They are trying to sell tickets and allude to “hits”. It’s just going to be the normal tour she always does with a new album. But the cool thing is she is playing songs from all four decades. I think she will finally do justice for Rescue Me and This Used To Be My Playground.

  8. In terms of her graphic design team for the tour book, I would like it if she worked with my_madonna_luvin, a photo editor that does really beautiful work on older Madonna photos. Madonna has reposted his/her work before. If not an image editor on the new tour program, it would be great if he/she worked on the instagram photos instead of Gomez.
