I guess that what drives people crazy is not that she is 63, is that she's acting 14 when she is 63 lol. But yeah, I guess that some people here are like super blinded and this wont lead anywhere.

And this parody gives a good explanation LOL.

More and more I am getting the feeling that you are a troll on here and not a real fan at all. You dont seem to understand that as Madonna fans we dont want her to at like she is 100 years old and knit, that would be boring and a drag. You are obviously ageist and think that society has the right to tell a woman how to act, it does not and I am getting tired of you.

  2. I am gonna say this for everyone interested, I am not a blind worshiper, but those people who gave the Madame X documentary a one star review and have the balls to call themselves fans should be ashamed. I saw that tour live and it was incredible, the people bitching about lack of energy might not realize she put herself through hell on earth completing the tour with such a serious injury. need to get with the times, its incredible that she is still kicking the way she is at 63 and we need to support our Queen. People like that do not deserve to call themselves fans and should be removed from fanclubs.

On topic tho, I understand your anger with people acting annoying and negatively, but Britney is just in a very different position. More than an artists, she's a woman in need of help now, (thanks God she's finally getting her freedom after years of being treated as a money machine) so I think it's a really different thing. Things like this happen in almost every fandoms, it's just that we see this shit more often with Madge, because she's a living legend whose past signed the whole world and pop culture so much that many fans are literally stuck in the past wishing "she never left", basically treating her as a doll, they always want her to be the Madonna they felt in love with for the very first time, lol. It's not so unusual between artists in general tho

I agree with you man, I think those fans need to wake up though. Sometimes I think that Madonna fans forget that she is 63 years old now and wishing for the old Madonna is living in a fantasy world. I am just happy she is still around and creating things, she is a legend, she has nothing to prove. People need to relax and enjoy the ride

And this is the perfect example o what @Blond Ambitionsaid "a group of zombies who worship the ground she walks on and says she can do no wrong", like for real?, everything she does has to be an statement? C'mon that's ridiculous, then evrything I do is a statement. I did not even born in the 80's lol, and that's not my favourite persona, I became a Mafonna fan since Confessions. And it does not suit every human healthy reaction lol

Dont misunderstand what I was trying to say. Yes I am perfectly fine with everyone having different opinions but at the same time I think that if someone is going to do nothing but bitch and complain every time they post something here, those types should not belong in a fan club because it just spreads a sore attitude. I also disagree with your comments about her age, Madonna will never stop being Madonna regardless if she is 25 or 100 and thats why we love her.

  5.  All in all the Madonna fanbase is a danmm good community. We are all united behind the great things she creates but that does not mean we need to become a group of zombies who worship the ground she walks on and says she can do no wrong, Madonna herself as no respect for those types. I love the open discussion and different opinions here. I dont want us to ever become like MJ fans, who live in blind adoration every day of our lives, how boring a community would that be? I also dont think that what is going in with Britney Spears is very relevant topic to compare, Madonna is not going through a crisis and if she was, I am certain we would all unite behind her. Idiots that troll on social media are not representative of Madonna's fanbase. I do think that the negativity can go too far sometimes and the fans still living in the past need to wake up, she is still working hard and giving us entertainment at her age, I would dread the day she ever said she was retiring.

i hate eras that only last a few months, so i loved this era x

plus i graduated high school around the time the album came out x

I have really enjoyed the Madame X Era as well, it has been something for Madonna and her fans rather than trying to obtain mass market appeal, the tour reflected that mindset. However, I am excited it is finally coming to an end. I think that with the biopic, increased media attention, all the reissues coming in 2022 and proper promotion from Warner for a new potential album down the pipeline, there is tons of stuff to look forward to as Madonna fans.

no they are deffo doing work on her jawline ..you can see the weight gain in her face in reality here not so much ..

I think that the weight gain you see in her face is more imagined than real, if you noticed its all in her cheeks and thats because of the filler. Her face will start to look thinner over time as the fillers settle and I think she will end up with a more youthful appearance. I already noticed how she looked younger on Jimmy Fallon than the MTV appearance, so clearly they have already started working. With time for things to settle and plenty of good working out to keep herself thin and fit, she is gonna look tip top if she wants to tour a year or two from now.

This Frozen remix is currently all over TikTok.

    Frozen Remix

Yeah and its pissing me off because Madonna should be getting credit for it. I am sure it has led some new people to her stuff on Spotify though. We could really boost Madonna's spotify streaming power if there was an effort to make more of her video's trend. I could totally see Vogue being a trend.

Zero f*cks about what you say BUT I'm fan, I collect stuff and I follow her since 16 years from now but I have a brain and not going to eat all the things she tries to do claiming that is her story blah blah blah, she's not a director, she did not studied for that, is like if she says that she is a doctor you are going to believe it just cuz is Madonna?, that's stupid. And hello, I did not born in the 80's lol. And yeah this Madame X Concert Film was amazing and I did not expect nothing from her, but the audio, at least the live audio the one that is on spotify, is bad cropped, so...

But if you want to keep praising whatever she does even if is good or not, keep on.

I dont praise everything anyone does including myself lol. I just dont believe in constant bitching before a project has even been released.

I dont even read stuff like that i always find it amusing a hater ( she calls them fans ) would just go out of their way to do that - they are all over her social media ..losers ..was there a old but goodie " i have been a lifelong fan since her first record like a virgin and i am no longer a fan she has lost it " line ?

Those people are just trolls, saying they are fans to give them an excuse to come on and talk shit. As a fan since 83, I have been hearing that junk almost all my life. I remember a bunch of so called fans from her Like a Virgin days talking about how much they missed the old Madonna once True Blue dropped. Or how she had gone too far with Erotica and they were not gonna be fans anymore lmao. Depending on what era of Madonna you became a fan in your always gonna have the cancer of nostalgia which creates bias and not being able to look at her work objectively. I try to avoid that as much as I can and judge her work with fresh ears.

I have a feeling a lot of fans will be eating their words trashing her before she's even started.  I can understand how one could say she's a bad director. But this isn't W.E. or that first go round with that guy from Gorgol Bordello. This is her life story.  A whole different ball game. I wonder how much of her life they'll be able to capture.

When do you think they'll start filming?

Has it even been confirmed if she is the director? I am getting tired of these bitchy fans, I remember everyone talking about how bad Madame X documentary was gonna be and it was actually pretty danmm solid and now all the sore grapes are not to be heard from lol.

Madonna has zero knowledge directing, so I expect less than nothing with this <3

First of all she does have some experience directing. Secondly, she has not confirmed if she is directing the movie, all we know is that the script is almost complete. I was reading some of your previous comments that have been posted and you seem like sore grapes all the time, who will write off anything she does now as shit just because its not set in your precious 80's and 90's. How about you lighten up and stay positive. Things are looking up for Madonna fans right now, we just had the Madame X Tour documentary which was much better than previous releases, we have the biopic on the way, better social media lately to keep her causing a stir, the 2022 reissues, Warner is back which will mean actual decent promotion for future projects and im hoping a new album to be released in 2023. With all that in the pipeline, its obvious she is getting back into working hard again and Im tired of all the bitching from some so-called fans.

It’s not my favorite concert of hers. And while there’s improvements in sound, picture and color quality, I’m still craving for a straight-forward concert film.

That concert film was ten times better than I expected it to be, I was impressed. Definitely deserves much better than 5, the visuals were stunning.

Let's be real, exept a miracle, there will be a point where her only chance to have a worldwide global hit again will be to play the nostalgia card and remix one of her biggest hit with a popular current artist.

I have always thought that since we have all these reissues coming out in 2022 and a biopic that a greatest hits world tour would be a logical idea. Just think about the kind of money and promotion she would make from a tour like that.

Warner also need to update Madonna's certified sales, as she's now supposedly the third best selling female artist for albums sales :eyesroll:

Yeah thats bullshit, she is still the best selling in terms of album sales but the stats need updating. I was recently going through the top 100 albums in Europe and the US and Immaculate Collection is still in the charts. Im actually super pumped right now, there are some really positive things going on right now in the Madonna world, being back with Warner, Biopic, 2022 reissues and her songs are starting to trend on tic tok which is why she is getting so many youtube views lately. We just need to increase her power in the streaming market if we want her to get more hits in the future.

that tiktok frozen remix is getting more daily streams on spotify than ANY madonna song currently and madonna with orbit aren't mentioned ANYWHERE  :rip:  madonna is basically losing popularity cuz they don't credit her in her own song, who cares what will they do inthe 40th anniversary, the trend would've end along with the chance of her getting a boost in streaming

I totally agree with you Madonna needs to be credited for her song. If Frozen remix is going viral, people will find their way to the original which can mean a big boost for Madonna's streaming. This is an opportunity to boost her on Spotify.

  17. I feel like there have been several missed chances for a big hit since Hard Candy. MDNA had a single chart in the top ten with almost no promotion from Madonna at all, it could have easily hit higher. Rebel Heart had some really great tracks but things got messed up with all those leaks and Madame X was never really about getting hits in the first place I think, it was more something she just really wanted to create for herself. With the biopic coming out and a bunch of recent publicity, I feel like if she dropped a catchy single with a potential collaboration, it could easily be a hit with some promotional help from Warner.

So, Elton John has managed to get to Number 1 on the UK Singles Chart in 2021, this week (with Dua Lipa)

Madonna could get a hit if she collaborated with someone popular! Why does she not do that?

First off, Madonna has nothing left to prove and I care more about her making great music that the fans will enjoy. That being said. she could have some high charting with the right collaboration and proper promotion from Warner, who already seems to be doing a much better job than her previous label. Streaming is a big deal now and if she wanted to create a buzz around her singles than I think she needs to focus on increasing her streaming power and getting some radio play. Those two area's she needs to increase her presence in because we all know what a force she is when it comes to physical sales. Anything is possible, I just dont ever want her to compromise her art in pursuit of chart positions.

It's ok for me, it's not one of my favorites but it's not bad either, it wasn't as intimate as I expected, I even think some of her old tours were more intimate.

What I liked about the Madame X concert film was that they did not go as crazy on the choppy edits this time, it allowed me to take it in more although it was still fast. I feel like Madame X album has got to be seen in person to really appreciate how great the show is.
