  1. Honestly though, every album she puts out is grounded in what is happening at the time. MDNA sounds like everything happening in the early 2010s (metallic, sharp EDM). Not every album changes the game. The music industry shifted drastically in the mid 2010s with streaming steam rolling forward, leaving physical sales in the dust. It reflects in the scattered music aesthetics we see at the time and Rebel Heart. With vinyl on the rise again, Madonna's physical sales are stronger, hence getting a compilation into the top 10 with no new music. And Madame X reflects a politically polarized America and a Madonna seeking to bring world sounds to a mainstream audience .

Whatever the next album is, M is going to speak on political topics, new and old. There will be house, disco, and trap. There will be features... because that's the industry norm and I don't understand why that's such an issue. Most albums this decade feature those sounds and aesthetics. And there will be a Latin oriented song because that's a big market for her. I look forward to whatever LP or EP we receive in the coming year. I can see a lot of current artists, even the big ones, stopping music by their 40s or 50s because they don't have what M has. A hunger to be the center of attention and rule it. Beyonce screens whats released about her. Taylor Swift has her own personal die hard fanbase that can lower egg prices (I'm joking... I think). M goes with the scandals and she definitely doesn't lean on us for much other than sales.

  2. After catching up on all the drama here, I also believe some time with Ray of Light and meditation is something we all probably need right now.

I love Madonna and always will. She’s now pass her pop tier of MJ and Prince. She’s approaching Cher and Dolly’s tier. I look forward to that day. Everyone isn’t going to like her all of a sudden though and her tenacity will allow her to transcend the haters. She’s done multiple times and she will continue.

Long live the Queen of Pop, our Joan of Arc!

Right? I think she was really nervous during the Maluma concert lol

The thing is she tried getting out of Maluma’s thing. He begged her and she caved. But she was not physically ready to do that performance. She was in pain still probably, so I don’t blame her one but for being nervous. But she stated a long time ago she hates televises performances because mess ups can’t be redone.

  4. I feel Beyoncé is in her equivalent of Confessions era. She’s getting older too and some what of a recluse and just out of touch of people. Madonna didn’t get to that until Madame X, that’s I how I see it anyway. M still attempting to make an appearance is nice. Anyone else feel like her neck is just kinda gone now?

  5. Most of her appearances feel like this. She’s been there and done it. And then she’s become an even worse control freak in the last decade and it these kinda things are so out of her hands. There isn’t extra time to get ready or think or breathe. Her styling was great though. I still think her red hair in loose curls would’ve done better but I’m sure she wanted to stick it to such a stuffy event.

I think that It was on November 7, 2007 that Madonna accidentally first introduced her tragic facial cheekbone plastic surgery to the world. Her cheekbones mark the beginning of the tragedy in pictures taken by paparazzi when she went to dinner with Stella McCartney.

But it was on July 26, 2008 that everyone in the world realized that Madonna ruined her face on her own. Until this photo, she tried to hide it with makeup and hair styles but with this photo, such efforts went to vain.

This picture still makes me sad.

The divorce dealt some damage majorly. She was towards the end of Warner, Live Nation knocking with a big agreement, keeping up with music trends barely, and then you have to face whatever Guy was doing and then he take a ton of money. Girly was serving a mood with those cheeks and I ain’t mad.

  7. Let’s face the vinyl here folks. The lyrical content and musical styles have way more depth on Madame X than Confessions. But that’s okay. Confessions is more escapism and is more focused on the dance vibe than making a political or artistic point. The Confessions Tour brought that depth. Confessions has great replay value and that’s what keeps it high in my rankings. Madame X does that thing Rebel Heart was doing where we in the club and then we at a rally and back to the club. And that make replay harder because it doesn’t follow a set mood or sound to allow you to fully escape and dance.

Deep down they just jealous, petty and bitter that it's not them. Says more about them than Aldo. Guy's living his dream. What are they doing? Bitching like schoolgirls on a forum , that's what.

I know, maybe we need to make covers in Canva and bombard her Instagram with them and see which of us can be the next Aldo hahaha

It doesn’t change the fact that Aldo is the worst possible designer she could choose. She's probably too lazy to look for a different one and he keeps begging her for more design opportunities. Untalented twat! The fact he knows that we all hate his designs, should tell him enough to just stop.

No there’s far worse. And good for him for getting those opportunities in. It’ll be great for his portfolio. It’s just streaming. There so much worse art used for Spotify singles it’s hilarious. Mind you that’s how he steered clear of this forum was from the nasty comments. Constructive criticism is totally appropriate. Absolutely shitting on someone for their art or creative decisions is unbecoming on the poster honestly. But that’s just my two cents.

I don't think its going to have the same treatment as Frozen but hopefully we could have more featurings (hopefully with popstars this time!). I don't want to wait to next December to have another Madonna viral song.

Not gonna lie, 070 Shake has become a regular in my playlists thanks to Madonna introduced me to them. She’s not gonna pull the big guns with a feature until it’s time for the first single of the next album likely.
