I think Cleveland's Nothing Really Matters is the best one yet ( vocally)

And she sounds great in Don't Tell Me to in this Cleveland video above... And even Crazy for You was pretty good, but there where sound issues again during that song so she sang " i can't hear the music " .... 😅

And Montreal to

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZIJnaDcrB/

( based on the video's) could be better ones ofcourse..

Again no!.. and i was up close to.. But it's o.k if you feel that way about it, i just don’t agree with you.. The only part that needs to be cut from the show is the Michael Jackson tribute, the man never said anything good about her .

Theres a few bits I'd like to see cut, which would actually make the show far better in terms of a stable level of quality. One part of the show though that I believe is absolutely flawless is everything from the opening to Live To Tell. That is one hell of an opening section. Then it gets a little ropey in places and varies between brilliance and mediocrity where I kind of wish she had done a test show.

But it is what it is.

I still think with some slight changes it could be the best 90 minute Vegas show ever to hit the strip should she want to make mega bucks and stay in one place.

Cleveland is the best I've heard so far too. Although her mic doesn't sound as loud as it does on some other shows... And she's actually in time with the backing vocals for the first time ever 🤣🤣🤣🤣... Let's be honest nearly every show she's half a second out of time for most of the performance and it doesn't sound nice 🤣

Although, can you hear the way the note goes so wrong on 'give me comfort'? Jesus. That's pitch correction right there.

She couldve even come on as the 1st young Madonna in the costume and taken in the mask at the end to say it ala the girlie show. So there's an 'ending' if you will.. Another nod back.

that would be cool, but it's a tight latex mask, it would be really difficult and the face would look red and sweaty

I could see that and many would have expected something like that, but in my humble opinion, this is my experience....

The MJ section was necessary to solidify the association of Madonna, The Queen of Pop, with Michael Jackson, The King of Pop. She acknowledged her title and took ownership of it in her art. It was respectful, given he's no longer with us in the physical world.....must be an angel.

All of the Madonna variations, with those candlewax faces, lights of her past. She's not just one of them, she is all of them. Underneath it all. Underneath her veil, ***** I'm Madonna.

She described the show in one word as "Bible" and Lord knows, Live To Tell.... Veronica and The Veil, of many who have suffered.

Nothing Really Matters, I was like, "well HELLO Halo!"

Good times,

J

You really have a hearing problem my friend. Have you watched both video's? In the second one she's just as loud as always... And it's not the first time she's in time with the backing vocals.

Can you stop make every single discussion on here into a negative one.

And tbh there are LOTS of Nothing Really Matters performances this tour where she sounds fine so i have really no idea what the **** you are talking about... Are there some with timing issues YES... is it on almost every performance NO...

Madonna doesn't like performing in Vegas like many other acts. I think it was in "I'm Going To Tell You a Secret" where she jokes in her pre-show group prayer about everyone on shining their light all while watching high rollers eat hot dogs. The proximity to all the hotels invites very casual fans, VIPs with comped tickets and drunk tourists behaving badly expecting her (and other acts) to perform like a trained seal, singing the hits exactly like they heard them on the radio. I'll watch Cirque Du Soleil stuff in Vegas since the custom stages are incredible but I avoid concerts. Only in Vegas have I suffered those "don't stand up" or flipside, "your asses are blocking my view and the ten rows behind me" situations.

Yes ive been to a couple in Vegas you do get 'Older' men with younger women sat at the front getting served faster and they cant wait for the shows to finish or leave early to go back to the gambling. Its quite sad but they are obviously there for free. They dont stand dance or know the songs (I saw one 'girlfriend' do) but its all comped.

At the end of “Vogue” she says “ I can’t sing Crazy For You, I can’t hear anything “

I've attended a number of her shows in Vegas.  While I question some of the people who attend these shows, I've always had a blast.  While I wouldn't say it's a small venue, but it's smaller than something than other bigger cities.  I've always found wherever I was seated, I had a great view.  :)

It’s beautiful. I love all the Vogues. But everything after Sticky has been lacking bass and bottom; they sound like diet mixes. The Celebration mix is so bottom heavy. Those bassy loads are just ready to leak out!

#felch

You know, I haven't MINDED the Vogues. But to be honest, there is that small element of lack for me.  I'm no stranger to begging for bridges in these streets. I couldn't believe she did the bridge (or middle eight as a lot call it) in OYH.  Into The Groove I just WISHED she went for that last high note in " now I know you're mine". If it was even pre-recorded I would have thrown my wig AND my dentures at the stage in glory.

A song like Vogue (and LAP), being the huge M songs as they are, deserved a complete song. The Vogue ball is fun and cute... but it's just too extra. I want to hear a pre-recorded "Get up on the dance floor". She can't hit those notes now, however ppl would pass out hearing that pre-recorded iconic line blast throughout the arena. I just find it to be... a choice.

I'm not complaining. Aside from bassy loads, I do love bridge loads more... :kitty:

Ahh yes I'm on abut the smaller casino venues like the club they built for Brit ect. You sit at the front in the booths and really the other people sat in them arent fans with their buckets of champagne. Ive not been to an arena size in Vegas. Each show I go to I try to make the most of it and get the good seats and youre just surrounded by people who are waiting for it it end really. Its strange.

Even brunch things instead of enjoying a show or gospel with all the food and drink really they are itching to win their money back.

I would love to see what they could turn the Celebration tour into in The Sphere though OMG. That place looks like a panic attack sandwich.

At the end of the day, I'm there to enjoy Madonna. I don't really care how other people conduct themselves at the concert, as long as it doesn't affect my enjoyment.  For the most part, all the times I've attended a Vegas venue, Madonna's made the best of it, and I still have managed to have a great time.

I bet, never seen M in Vegas I bet she works harder when she expects a harder crowd!
