if she doesn't own the copyright to those phrases, and I don't think she does because she didn't write them herself, it's not possible to make any profit from these products.

This! Italians Do It Better is not exclusive to Madonna, even though we think it is, being she's used it as a catch phrase at times in her career.  And as for Like A Virgin, I would think the writers of the song would get kick back before Madonna, but again it's a common phrase which again, was made more popular with Madonna.  She wouldn't be able to profit from it since she isn't the originator/writer for Like A Virgin.
