That's not her. She never performed with the troupe except once for a show in Tunisia because they needed an extra dancer. She was not hired as a back up dancer at all but as an artist they wanted to develop. So in that regard there is no video of her performing with Hernandez. Sorry Groovy but that's not Madonna on the video, that was clarified long ago, the name of the front dancer is Debbie Jenner, and she's not one of the backing dancers either.

Lol she's obviously not 20 in that pic ! more like 50 ! every medias where she is young (around 20) she's blond (like the pics i have posted), i only saw pics of her as a brunette when she was way older like the pic you have posted. But anyway that doesn't rule out the fact that she has changed the color of her hair just for the video with Hernandez, could be, and the girl in the video looks more like her than like Madonna, especially the nose.
