It just showed up in April edition of Vanity Fair USA. I will be scanning and posting on my blog shortly.  If you look at my reference guide on my blog http://onthecoverofamagazine.blogspot.com/2014/12/versace-springsummer-campaign-2014.html

it lists the magazine information for the campaign (what magazines to find the images in).  I have not seen image #4 in print nor the two eyewear shots.
