I really don't see it as that. I think they mean that these are the editions and these are he places to get it.

Of course it does.Every Japanese CD includes credits, original lyrics and translated lyrics.They often come in ugly b&w booklets, but still it's an improvement on RH's totally mute, almost illegal, packaging.

Oh, please, somebody make a scan of the booklet!
