So if Madonna doesnt chart at # 1 in the US, who cares. The music is amazing. Madonna is amazing. The fact that her album leaked, the US never plays her songs, and by the way the radio is awful, I will listen to the album over and over. Love it so much!!!

I agree

Do they have them in stores? Or do you have to specially order it?

I suggest calling your store first to see if they have it.  Some stock it in store and some seem to keep them in a central warehouse, but the free pickup in-store option is pretty quick.  Within 1-4 hours of placing the order the item is at the store.

Honestly, the critics are going to complain regardless.  In fact, if all of the Rebel tracks were put together, they wouldn't even listen to it or would shred her even more than they did.  They just don't like the Rebel tracks, period.  Most critics' complaints have nothing to do with the tracklist and everything to do with the content, if they're even reviewing the music at all and not Madonna's image and age.

As to whether teenagers fall in love with her or not, I really don't think that's her focus.  She's making the music she wants to that's fun, regardless of what people think of it.  Teenagers can't afford to see her shows anyway, for the most part, and that's where the money is.

That's disrespectful.

Stop generalizing.

I'm a teenager, and love her.

What do you have to say now?  :Madonna021:

Apparently the album is number 1 in Australia :)

http://www.billboard.com/articles/columns/pop-shop/6502229/madonnas-rebel-heart-debuts-at-no-1-in-australia

The Queen of Pop is back on the throne Down Under.

Madonna's new album Rebel Heart has debuted at the top spot on the ARIA Albums Chart, becoming her 11th No. 1 in Australia, a run that stretches back to True Blue which reached the summit in August 1986.

The pop veteran now draws level with U2 for the most No. 1s on the Australian chart.

Madonna's career chart-toppers in Australia so far include True BlueI'm Breathless (May 1990), The Immaculate Collection (November 1990), Erotica(October 1992), Bedtime Stories (October 1994), Something To Remember(November 1995), Ray Of Light (March 1998), Confessions On A Dance Floor(Nov. 2005), Hard Candy (May 2008) and MDNA (April 2012).

Rebel Heart held off homegrown pop-rock quartet San Cisco's sophomore set Gracetown, which debuted at No. 2 when the new chart was published on the weekend.

The legendary singer will reward her loyal Australian fans with a rare tour of these parts in support of her 13th studio album. "She has never played in Southeast Asia, and she hasn't been in Australia or New Zealand in probably 25 years," Live Nation's Global Touring division chairman Arthur Fogel recently told Billboard. "It's kind of bizarre when you think about it, that a superstar like that hasn't been to a pretty regular touring area for 25 years."

Rebel Heart, which features collaborations with Kanye WestDiploAviciiNicki Minaj, Chance The Rapper and retired boxer Mike Tyson, is facing a stiff challenge from  the soundtrack to Fox TV's Empire for the top spot on the Billboard 200. The new Billboard 200 top 10 will be revealed on Wednesday, March 18.

Billboard uses SPS so don't expect Madonna to be #1 on Billboard 200.

RH will most likely be #2 on Billboard 200[sPS] but #1 on Top Album Sales[Pure Sales].

Here are the Billboard album rules:

Beginning with the December 13, 2014 issue, Billboard updated the methodology of their album chart again, changing from a "pure sales-based ranking" to one measuring "multi-metric consumption".[2] With this overhaul, the Billboard 200 includes on-demand streaming and digital track sales (as measured by Nielsen SoundScan) by way of a new algorithm, utilizing data from all of the major on-demand audio subscription services includingSpotifyBeats MusicGoogle Play and Xbox MusicUnder the new methodology, ten track sales or 1,500 song streams from an album are treated as equivalent to one purchase of the albumBillboard will continue to publish a pure album sales chart, called Top Album Sales, that maintains the traditional Billboard 200 methodology, based exclusively on SoundScan's sales data.
